This estate agent is the WORST!! Stay away from them!!!!The quality of tenants they sourced were terrible. They do not care and do any personal inspections. Property management is basically sending emails from an office. They do not care about your property at all. Terrible.

Worst letting agency I have ever worked with. Took months to ever fix anything, always used contractors that would fight each other (including individual staff members) over who made what fault on what appliance years ago, always leading to us waiting with broken stuff. Terrible customer service.Avoid at all costs. Cannot more strongly advise against working with these people.

GoogleI only have good things to say about Marsh & Parsons. I was shown many apartments by Pierre Garcia who was very patient with my high demands. Having only lived in Scandinavia and Switzerland previously I soon realised my standards were a tad high for London. After a few viewings he understood what I was looking for and found me the perfect apartment, called me up as soon as it came on the market, and now after a few months I am still highly satisfied.
