GoogleKF were completely straightforward from the start. I dealt with Roly to begin with and then Fred, Anna and the team in later stages. The initial advice about value and likely timing turned out to be spot on. They gave a range of value with a 'guaranteed' (obviously their realistic estimate) figure, which was the price eventually achieved. Well done. I received good advice throughout particularly regarding early offers and maintenance of the asking price. The whole team were both highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. During the course of the sale they went the extra mile when tier 4 restrictions prevented me from visiting, for which particular thanks are due. I would highly recommend KF to anyone thinking of selling, and for a fair deal if buying.
