On the initial visit Tom was genuinely interested in the property and asked very relevant questions to flush out any issues which could affect the sale, from septic tank to boundaries and drains. Since then the support from Fiona has been outstanding - she has become a friend in very stressful circumstances as well as being an efficient and effective partner who was ahead of the game and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Upon taking over my account she had to sort through and relay a number of costly unresolved issues (not the best way to be introduced to a client).
