I've had very mixed experience with previous agents until Mohammed Ahmed the new sales director started at the Lee office. He is always giving constructive feedback and makes you feel that he has your best interest at heart. What I appreciate the most is that he always provide a solution, whatever the situation,in a very professional and respectful manner. I would highly recommend him!

Absolutely terrible service from the block management team. Following a theft from one of their managed blocks I got in contact to request they obtain and review the CCTV footage. Three months later and still not resolved or any progress made due to no one responding to messages or keeping me updated. I'm guessing they aren't concerned with security or anything that doesn't earn them money.

GoogleI had to execute a very last minute apartment rental process in November. I was in the middle of family crisis and I couldnt imagine I have any chance to find an apartment with all the parameters we needed with my husband. However there came Sabina into our life and made it easier then ever. She was pateint not just to listen but also undertand our points and was available 24/7. 5 stars to her professional customer-centric approach and to the company for keeping their standards high!

I have never had experienced how much I appreciate throughout these letting process with Dominic and Anya. Both of them are so responsible and really helpful for our needs. They are also so professional and great experience with knowledge about this business. Their teamwork are most valuable for us to get through all this complicated process make us easier than ever. They explained to us and clearly informed us in time what to do next, help online filling form and came to the site to look together and trying fix the problems, talking to landlords as well. if they were not my agency I would not have done or gave up already. Also my friend is the five properties and she said Dominic and Anya are the best one and most reliable for them as well. It is absolutely amazing how they are working together and good for both landlord and tenants as well. I would strongly recommend if someone had bad experience before and struggled to find the good estate agents you should go KHF south Kensington Dominic and Anaya are the absolutely the best!
