GoogleThank you Nishaad for all your help and for helping me out to move in my new flat at such short notice!! Amazing personal service! If all estate agents were like you, people would have more faith in them. If anyone wants to rent a flat in South Kensington, please make sure that you ask for Nishaad!!!

GoogleWe made an appointment to view a flat and Nishaad was very helpful and professional. He allowed us to see the flat for a second viewing on a Saturday, which was very convenient for us, as we wanted to see the flat in daylight. He answered many questions regarding the flat and the tenancy agreement. Highly recommended.

GoogleHaving tried a few different realtors, we can't recommend KFH highly enough - Dom and Daniel were extremely responsive, professional and helpful. They really went the extra mile to help us find our new home and get prepared to settle in it despite the Covid-19 context. Thank you again to the KFH team!

Lucas Matta - excellent, proactive, professional and thoughtful mortgage advisor with KFH. This is my first home, its an unknown and daunting process, Lucas has made it much more transparent with clear explanations of how the products work, alongside a real effort to understand my position and needs. Really recommend dealing with Lucas and the KFH Clapham team Well done!

TrustpilotGood people to do business with
The property was in a tired / run down condition, leading to a couple of Buyers not following through - not KFH's doing at all. KFH remained committed and excellent throughout. Straight forward in communications, honest and good people to do business with. Thank you to KFH for sticking with it and getting the sale over the line

TrustpilotGreat communication and support
I felt i got a really personal home buying experience with KFH, Lynne really listened to my requirements for a home and showed me options that were relevant to my needs. She walked me through the process and was very communicative going the extra mile to ensure there were no delays and supporting me through tricky aspects of the transaction. I would totally work with KFH again because of Lynne.

Googlei would like to compliment Daniel and his team on the very professional manner in which they organised viewings and quickly found a suitable tenant for our property. In addition to finding the tenant, their administrative processes (providing documentation via the internet, etc) were very efficient and easy to execute. I highly recommend KFH!
