Actually renting a mold appartment (mold even inside the fridge) from KFH. The real estate has been advised of the issue 4 months ago and so not take necessary step to sort the issue.In addition, they do not respect their "raising a claim" procedure available on their website.

Fantastic letting agents , good communication , quick and quality service and were quick to get a tenant in. The quality of offer to landlords drops after tenant is in , poor communication about costs and rent , not replying to emails , hard to get hold off right person e.c.t

Lack of transparency! Rented a property with them and not told that the fees will be taken upfront for the term of the tenancy. (in 2 year contract that is a huge cost to pay upfront). It was massive shock! I was told that the only charge is the percentage of the rent, however not told that excludes vat and also there was additional significant charge for signing a contract.I had to wait over 3 weeks to find out about financial statement.Overall very very disappointed!!! Definitely not be using them again.

The team at KFH worked diligently to get our property purchased across the finish line. Without their continued effort, specifically Craig Dougan, this process would have gone on much longer than it did and possibly would have fallen through. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking to purchase or let!
