Excellent service throughout. I approached KFH for a listing I saw on Zoopla and contacted me the next day to understand my requirements and arrange a viewing. I have now had a couple of viewings vith Theo who is extremely professional: punctual, communicates clearly and comes with a handout with the details of the property we are viewing.

Hannah, the assistant branch manager, was great. She was effective, friendly and straight talking. When we were concerned about the speed of the conveyancing, she went straight to the solicitors to get things moving. She even responded to our emails in the evenings. Overall, great experience dealing with the estate agent.

I have been a client of KFH since 1997, for sales and lettings.Their customer service has always been of a high standard, professional, respectful and accommodating, and always reply to any queries with minimal delay.They keep us updated in a timely manner of any legislative changes that effects the letting market and are very knowledgeable. They give equal professional service and respect to our tenants.We have remained with them for this reason and recommended them to others, we are aware there maybe cheaper alternatives but wouldn’t consider changing because of their professionalism. Thank you.

KFH were great to work with, specifically Jimmy and Maryam. They were calm, accessible and kept the purchase progressing in a calm and considered way. I really valued the fact they were available for calls when needed and returned calls, these small things made all the difference. I’d definitely buy and sell through KFH again in the future.

Terrible experience. They charge high prices and bad service. I am currently letting my flat through the Battersea branch and no matter how many times I complain the service doesn’t get better. They have just sent me a quote for £5,000 worth of works with no explanation of what it is actually is. They sent my most recent statement 20 days after the due date and this was after I had to chase them. Yes it was the Christmas period but there are still plenty of work days during this time. When I received the statement it had charges taken out for work from months ago that I didn’t officially approve. And I have had 3 sets of tenants in 18months. So all in all a terrible experience. I don’t know if this is the case with estate agents but be warned if you are going to use KFH. It’s actually unbelievable how bad the experience has been. By the way this is not some rundown flat, it is a recently renovated lovely 2 bed near the park. I never write bad reviews this is the first time but it’s that bad.

Good experience buying and selling through the Sydenham team. I was looked after by Siobhan and Toby who cared about the people in the chain and kept everyone informed at each stage. It took longer than expected but KFH were on top of things and good at maintaining calm. Thank you for looking after me.

I had a disappointing finish for a sale of a flat. Communication was not forthcoming despite requests for regular updates, and also found that there was minimal effort for completing the elements required for the sale which were difficult for an offshore seller. Branch used - Raynes Park.

GoogleI would seriously question the authenticity of the 4.9 rating of this band of pirates. My partner and I naively decided to employ KFH as letting negotiators to rent out a premium property. From start to finish, they were unprofessional, inconsistent and dishonest; traits that applied to all staff we interacted with thus far. Their agenda is simply to tell you what you want to hear in order to "shift" the property off the market, with a blatant disregard for duty of care to their tenants. From an inventory check in that was promised but never delivered, to receiving a call at 10am on move in day that an electricity test had yet to be done which if failed would not allow move in, they engaged in a pattern of plausible deniability to escape culpability when their negligence was brought to light. We would NEVER have rented this property had we known the service framework provided by KFH, which is to always side with their landlord clients no matter what mistakes or misconduct have taken place. I urge anyone to take your property search elsewhere as there is no way to ensure any professionalism from this disaster of an operation.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI’m not usually a fan of estate agents - members of my family are in this business and I’m familiar with all the slight of hand. However I must keep my prejudice in check when it comes to my experience working with Raphael Fitoussi of Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward. A human error in the measurement of the square footage of my apartment led to a a revision down of the offer on my flat and for that reason I initially only allocated 4 Stars in my feedback however, after some thought, I have amended it to 5 Stars and would add more if I could. Let me explain. We are now living, if you can call it that, in a world led by algorithmic interaction rather than personal connection and my experience with my solicitor was remote and lacking in human to human contact. Moving home is stressful at the best of times but in the context of a worldwide reordering of everything we know, the potential for things going horribly wrong is high. In the absence of communication with my solicitor, Rapael picked up the slack. He responded immediately and took charge of the situation, resolving any issues within hours. He steered this process expertly, confidently and was a friend throughout. For me, I have realised what is important in my life and would happily accept any embrace a human error over a sterile world devoid of human connection.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have rented both my house and my flat through KFH. They are proactive in their tenant search and extremely helpful in supporting the transition period in getting a new tenant. I was particularly impressed in the way they have marketed and rented my flat during the COVID-19 outbreak and we are very grateful to them at this difficult time. I have subsequently sold my flat through KFH, again during the COVID-19 outbreak. Raphael worked hard to garner interest in the property, carry out a plethora of viewings, achieving a number of offers, a good amount of which were at or near asking. He has worked tirelessly with the solicitors and buyers to ensure execution and completion of the transaction. I hadn't appreciated the involvement an estate agent has and am very relieved we chose such a proactive and engaged counterparty.
