GoogleFor personal reasons I had to find a place to move properties during the most difficult time we have been through. How lucky i was to work with KFH specifically Lacey who from the beginning understood exactly what i was looking for and was able to help me get the ideal property i was looking for. During the whole process the level of dedication Lacey showed to help me secure that property it was unprecedented. She was always updating me on the progress even outside working hours. I can't thank her enough for her efforts and help during this process which can be very frustrating!

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward [KFH] kept to the initial appointment to view the property as arranged. Within a short period, they arranged appointments for several prospective tenants. They found a suitable tenant within 14 days of instructing them.

GoogleI highly recommend KFH South Kensington. Niki Vorontsov did an outstanding job introducing me to the property, negotiating on my behalf with the landlords, overseeing the payment of deposits, etc., and securing the tenancy agreement. A highly professional, efficient and rapid operation from start to finish.

extremely slow and unresponsive customer service for block management. We've had a hot water issue for weeks that no one has got back to us about. The last time the same issue happened it also took weeks to resolve because they said it wasn’t their responsibility (it was)

Very poor service from the manager at the Southgate branch Matt. Does not listen and laughs at serious information, does not listen to customer at all and does his own thing. Very disappointed and disrespectful. Would not use them again.

Our property manager has not been consistent with maintaining the property and our concerns. I am glad our tenancy has finished because it was a very stressful and distressing experience of 2 years
