GoogleAfter 28 years of living in my flat in Kensington I decided to let it out. Of all the agencies that I initially contacted KFH impressed me most for their professionality and friendliness. My anxiety about renting for the first time was quickly overcome through KFH reassurances and efficient selection of good prospective tenants. Communications with KFH was always swift and to the point with Daniel and Jack always available for discussion. I can strongly recommend the agency to anyone that wants to rent their flat in the Kensington area.

FacebookKFH has great, attentive agents. The problem starts when their property management team picks things up. Horrible, unresponsive customer service. Had no heating for over a month last winter, have a leak for over a month now but the worst bit is I’ve been waiting for 25 days to hear on the return of my deposit. Classic case of sales doing a good job and services not delivering.

We found out about KFH through my nephew, who’d had recently changed management from another company, and couldn’t recommend KFH highly enough. At the moment we are in contact with two different branches, and we can say they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were concerned about the market and weren’t optimistic about finding tenants quickly, but they really surprised us! We are very happy to have decided to work with them.

GoogleI had a surprisingly great experience with an estate agent, namely Andreea Costachi at KFH South Kensington. I was looking for an unfurnished flat in my neighbourhood, not an easy task. When I phoned KFH, Andreea reassured me that she would take all efforts for finding flats matching my needs, and indeed she kept her promise. She has plenty of connections in the neighbourhood and successfully negotiates to bring tenants and landlords together. Not at any time did she put pressure on me, and she kindly supported me in eventually deciding for the flat best for me. Such a human attitude. She actually loves her job and is professional about it. I can really recommend her to others!

As landlords, my husband and I have been pleased with the way KFH handles everything. From preparing necessary legal procedures and documents prior tenancy, to being reachable and responsive when we have queries during tenancy. If there’s a repair, we are given the quote and we are always asked if we like to proceed. Overall, we are very pleased!

Everyone was very helpful and efficient. Also, as we are a very elderly couple who had not sold anything in the uk for many years, we appreciated the patience shown. We would single out Rajan Shah (Bayswater branch) as being consistently patient and helpful.
