The inventory check-in costs and agreement fee are too high. The provided choice of professional cleaning is not available, especially for overseas landlords. we need the property manager who has regular communication to us.

GoogleAs a conveyancing solicitor by profession (and a buyer to a transaction) I was thoroughly impressed with Raphael's manner and efficient approach. We turned this transaction around together in 3 days and I am ever so impressed with Raphael's professional skill. He was also an instrumental source of communication where the seller's solicitors were not, so thank you very much Raphael. You are outstanding and I hope that we can work together on future transactions!

GoogleFrom the start of our search to moving in- and after- the Laura and Kiran at the South Kensington branch and Harriet at the property management team made our move stress free and straightforward. We were treated like 'real' people: with courtesy and genuine interest. KFH demonstrated a professionalism and attention to detail that in my experience, no other lettings agency comes close to matching- and done so in a genuinely friendly manner. It has been a pleasure!

I’ve been renting through KFH Balham office for several years and I have 3 flats rented by them. During this time I have never had a void period on any of the flats. The manager, Will Brindley, is extremely proactive and always keeps in close contact. If he is not in the office when I phone he always gets back to me on his return. I cannot fault his commitment and would highly recommend the office.

Poor service... don't work in the interest of the landlord. Whenever anything goes wrong they shift the blame away from themselves and lay it on the landlord. Their answer is always to find expensive trades people, which do more than they need and the landlord ends up paying. Tenants don't seem to get a good service either.
