There are a litany of issues: problems ensuring that a leak was dealt with in time, costing me a significant amount of money; having to chase constantly for responses; I had to request them to increase the rent to market rates - not being proactive; etc

We recently used Pardeep to guide us through our remortgage. Given the increase in rates, we want to get the best deal possible. Pardeep did an amazing job of keeping us informed of the rate changes and managed to arrange the best rate possible given the circumstances, even after we agreed an initial rate. Very polite, very professional and a credit to his organisation.

Organising repairs takes too long; there have been many different agents who don’t seem to hand over well; I don’t trust the work of some of your contractors after a bad experience; sometimes a response takes too long and there seems to be no one actually managing the property.
