GoogleFrom start to finish the whole process of letting my studio apartment took 8 days from the time I submitted my offer application to moving in. My letting agent was Anya Boyde-Maynard and she is by far the most professional and efficient agent I have worked with. The myKFH portal also helped to speed up the application and deposit transfers. Easy and hassle-free experience, would recommend!

GoogleKFH have recently been involved in marketing my flat in South Kensington. It was multi-agency, and although they weren't the ones who found the tenant in the end, Daniel, Laura and the team were at all times extremely helpful, courteous and hard-working, and came up with good suggestions for improvements I could make to the flat to help in the letting.

We recently sold our flat in Abberville Village through KF&H in Clapham. The team were highly professional and provided an excellent service from start to finish. They gave us succinct valuation advice initially, which was backed-up by sound comparable evidence, and managed to secure a proceedable buyer prior to the property being listed on the portals. Would we recommend them to others selling in Clapham ? YES

GoogleRaphael Fitoussi was fantastic with selling my flat. He was extremely proactive in finding a buyer which he did within a week of my signing in with KFH. Raphael worked really hard to secure the sale as it was not at all straightforward dealing with the Wellcome Trust who were the freeholders. I could not recommend KFH more highly.

As first time renters we have had quite a bad experience with prospective landlords while looking for a short term let but Alex DaSilva from the Streatham Hill branch has done his best to ease the disappointments we have had and has pulled out all the stops to find suitable accommodation for us in our time of need. He has worked diligently on our behalf and come up trumps. Thanks again Alex.

KFH had a good base of buyers so we had immediate viewings and they were proactive in progressing the sale at the crucial points as well as achieving the optimum price. We highly recommend them!

KFH were outstandingly patient and tenacious with our sale. Unfortunately we had a couple of false starts with buyers who didn’t get the funds they wanted so that wasted us time & money otherwise I’d give 5 stars. Our eventual sale, including lease extension was fraught and long on the lawyers side not because of KFH. The agents at KFH kept us sane.
