For what initially seemed to be a potentially stressful time for us was so carefully managed that we were delighted by the whole process was. KFH went more than the extra mile in arranging multiple visits to the property and maintaining a close link between us and the vendors. As a result of this we were able to view and complete within a matter of weeks. I cannot recommend KFH too highly. Lisa and her team are first class.

I feel fortunate to have visited KFH Kennington, where I met Darren Tait. Darren gave us a very comprehensive overview of the company and how they could assist with my flat sale. It was a fairly long complex process due to 3rd parties, but Darren and Priyesh remained diplomatic and professional throughout and until we completed. I would unreservedly recommend them, they are true professionals!

GoogleJust be aware of the landlord, Lynne Zilkha, that this agency works with. She tried every possible way to withhold my deposit, no response and refuse to negotiate after check out and it took me over two months to finally get it back through the TDS. The whole process was extremely frustrating due to the agency’s incompetence and lack of support.
