I hated my experience with KFH

I hated my experience with KFH Dulwich. I bought a flat through them 6 months ago and forgot to write a review until a friend who is currently selling asked if I recommend them - I don’t. My EA was unresponsive and wouldn’t reply to emails for weeks, refused to let me have a second viewing after having my offer accepted, lied about a few things he had ‘checked’ about the leasehold, and on the day of completion was on leave without telling me so I couldn’t pick up the keys. I’ll never use KFH again.

After months of mismanagement

After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further, quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

I can’t praise Ross Parker enough. I didn’t want to sell my home of 25 years. It was a matter of financial necessity. The sale of a loved home has to be done with sensitivity. KFH does this. Ross was just brilliant. He found me the ideal buyer; she and I are now friends. He worked ceaselessly and tirelessly battling with the solicitors who were arguing about minutiae, and driving us all mad. Not only can I not praise Ross enough, I can’t thank him enough.
