We found out about KFH through my nephew, who’d had recently changed management from another company, and couldn’t recommend KFH highly enough. At the moment we are in contact with two different branches, and we can say they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were concerned about the market and weren’t optimistic about finding tenants quickly, but they really surprised us! We are very happy to have decided to work with them.

As landlords, my husband and I have been pleased with the way KFH handles everything. From preparing necessary legal procedures and documents prior tenancy, to being reachable and responsive when we have queries during tenancy. If there’s a repair, we are given the quote and we are always asked if we like to proceed. Overall, we are very pleased!

He asked about all factors which are of interest to me to find a studio and he also followed up when I cancelled a viewing we had arranged, suggesting to make an online viewing since I did not have time to do an in person one.
