72 viewings shop record. No phone call from shop manager at any point through the 12month nightmare. Continuous viewings being taken my trainee agent. 40 grand less than they told me they could sell it for. Overall absolute s**t show

GoogleI rented a flat through KFH last May Thee service was good, and Amera, who I dealt with, was very professional and could not have been more polite or helpful. However, I will not be using KFH again unless they employ a different referencing service. HomeLet, who provide this service for KFH, are the worst and most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with in my life, and the way they treated me was abominable, petty, and totally unnecessary. I will never forget it, and I am still upset about it. My advice would be not to rent a property through KFH if they are still using HomeLet.

Google5 Stars all the way for the Lettings Team. As a first-time landlord I could have gone with any number of agencies, but selected KFH - and am delighted with their service. They found great tenants and, when my tenant had to unexpectedly return to the US and break the tenancy, were quick to find another. All a great team, but Will Storey in particular couldn't be easier to deal with or more helpful in explaining how things work and what I needed to have done, and Laura C was super efficient with contracts, certificates, etc. A great, local agent, with their feet firmly on the ground.

Front office rental agents - 9/10Property management team - 1/10Renewals team - 1/10Management -1/10 Great for international landlords who want to maximise the return from tenants, but terrible for tenants who need KFH’s assistance to get anything resolved. The industry needs to be better regulated and property management teams need to understand their responsibilities and show more urgency.

The service provided by KFH is slow and there is lack of coordination between various departments. Many tasks of repair etc are expected to be organised and executed by the landlord. The tenants have also mentioned on many occasions that the KFH team responds slowly and it is difficult to contact them

KFH were efficent in setting up the offer for sale but after the second viewer had made an acceptable offer they appeared to be doing very little as negotiations dragged on. It is hard to say what more they could actually have done, but a general impression of more proactive support would have been welcome.
