As we are not near the property they have taken every step necessary to ensure the property has everything it needs, both to be it's best for viewings but also in readiness for our new tenants. I really recommend KFH, who I've dealt with in Sales also, they have really got a personal and authentic approach to communication.

Misinformed about the noise in the property we moved into. Estate agent and Landlady both said how "quiet" the property was. They knew it would be a deal breaker and they kept their mouths shut at best... Watch out for these guys. Most of their positive reviews come from home owners who have sold their property through them, not renters.

This was a tenancy extension and it was handled efficiently though of course less work for KFH for the same fee. Might be worth considering reduced fee rate for renewals. However, we have worked with KFH for several years as landlords and have valued the professionalism and efficiency of the service we have received.
