KFH and especially Deana were amazing. Deana understood our property requirements and was very patient as it took us a couple of years to find our new home

TrustpilotExcellent communication from start to…
Excellent communication from start to finish. KFH found a buyer for my flat within a week of marketing it despite it not being the best circumstances for selling. Brian moved things forward and kept it all on track so that we completed close to the original target date. Very little stress for me despite being an absent seller and dealing with the entire process remotely.

GoogleI am genuinely grateful for the way Isabella Blyth conducted and guided me through the purchase of my home. It overcome any expectations I could have had. My transaction was at face value a standard one, however, I had problems of all different natures with banks, lawyers and I was on the brink of despair. Isabella proactively anticipated herself to help me out on several occasions, always offering knowledgeable and positive ideas. She never lost the calm and her openness, creativity and responsiveness, were instrumental for the success we had.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotApplying for our first mortgage
The experience of applying for a mortgage through Lucas at KFH was great. As first time buyers we were pretty clueless but Lucas walked us through the different options and submitted our application really quickly. He also kept us abreast of any updates throughout the process and we were approved yesterday! Highly recommend.

Fair and transparent commission fees, a favourable valuation and great service from start to completion. Well done to the entire team, particularly Hannah and Tom.

Tate and Alex were brilliant and honestly not sure we would have sold if they hadn't been chasing our solicitors. Thanks very much both.

TrustpilotWe want to thank the team at KFH
We want to thank the team at KFH . They were always available to calm us and steer us through whenever we needed them to . They were both professional and friendly . We wish them well for the future and would happily recommend them . I used them 25 years ago to buy my flat and then to sell the same flat .

TrustpilotIncredibly rude agent
Incredibly rude agent - I asked some core questions about renting and referencing only to get the agent to shove the "I've been doing this for 16 years" and "we are going in circles" despite him interrupting me and not listening to what I was asking. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend them.

TrustpilotClapham Branch - Great mortgage advisory service
Lucas from the Clapham branch offered superb service and was extremely knowledgable throughout the mortgage application process, helping me to achieve a favourable rate.He was also able to accomodate some meetings at extremely short notice, to help accelerate proceedings, going above and beyond with his assistance. I would not hesistate to recommend him.

GoogleVictor was fantastic, he didn’t hound us (like some estate agents), listened to our requirements and only showed us properties matching our criteria. He was patient as we deliberated and understood that we were moving into a new home, not just a flat.

I found KFH very professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind from start to end. Dominic and Sawan Shah helped me with the whole process to apply to my first mortgage. They made it super easy and they reply every single time my calls and every question that I had. I would be happy to contact them again and for sure I'll 100 % recommend their services. Thank you!!

TrustpilotWORST SERVICE!!!!
I would give a -1 if I could.. I am I landlord and I am very concerned about my electricity bill so I sent them numerous emails to see if there was an issue and they completely ignored me! Weeks later and I am still waiting for a reply.. disgusting service the least they could have done was acknowledge my email. This have caused me a lot stress and mental anxiety
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
