Actually renting a mold appartment (mold even inside the fridge) from KFH. The real estate has been advised of the issue 4 months ago and so not take necessary step to sort the issue.In addition, they do not respect their "raising a claim" procedure available on their website.

Helpful, attentive staff without the marketing spiel you get from some agents. They communicated well throughout. It took me 18 months and 2 collapsed chains before I finally moved with this agent so I had a lot of exposure to agents that did not handle things well/communicated poorly. They really made a difference during a stressful time and I would happily recommend these agents to others and use them again in future.

The agents at KFH were professional to deal with. My house sale through them went through pretty efficiently and they kept me in the loop all the time, acting as go between between me and the seller. They were on time for appointments but sometimes I felt a bit rushed at the property. It's a bit decision, buying a house and maybe their next appointments were a bit tight time-wise. But satisfactory and pleasant all round.

GoogleBought a property sold by KFH. The estate agent put so much pressure on us throughout the process. I mentioned a couple of times it was too much pressure (called myself and my husband every day) and it was only on one side because when we needed some information he wasnt very reactive. Finally, we had to chase him to get the keys on the day of the completion and got them at the end of the day while we had delivery planned on the afternoon. Most estate agent offer champagne at the completion of the sale but we didnt get anything, not even an email to congratulate us. I didnt have a great experience.

Lack of transparency! Rented a property with them and not told that the fees will be taken upfront for the term of the tenancy. (in 2 year contract that is a huge cost to pay upfront). It was massive shock! I was told that the only charge is the percentage of the rent, however not told that excludes vat and also there was additional significant charge for signing a contract.I had to wait over 3 weeks to find out about financial statement.Overall very very disappointed!!! Definitely not be using them again.

Without their continued effort, specifically Craig Dougan, this process would have gone on much longer than it did and possibly would have fallen through. Avoid West Hampstead branch. Don't seem to capable of reading a court judgement and then break the court judgement repeatedly entering your property illegally and without consent. The complaints department of KFH think that this is perfectly fine and a right task to perform and that there is nothing wrong with this action. Wow. Please do business in an ethical way and save people from pain. Disgusting.
