We purchased a house from KFH and had the most wonderful service from Darren Tait and Alicia Grice Sinclair. Darren kept calm throughout the whole process (over 7 months!), regularly provided updates and followed up with the top and bottom of the chain. This move would not have been possible without their hard work and dedication. Thank you Darren and Alicia!

We signed an agreement with KFH in August for letting of our apartment. The initial response was excellent. Ben Rayner was the contact person and he was very cooperative. Tenants were found and they moved in the property on 9th Oct. Since then, the service provided by KFH is disappointing. We were repeatedly asked for provision of sofa which we mentioned will take two weeks even before the tenants moved in. Now i am waiting for the Council tax to be transferred to the tenants name but still it is being deducted on 1st Dec from my account Same is the matter with utilities. I e mailed Sophia Tobin on 17th Nov to sort this issue out but received an automated reply that she is out of office and will be back on 22nd Feb.2022 Does that mean that for next three months no one would look after her work and look at the issues raised by clients.I would expect some one from the office to contact me and let me know what is happening about council tax and utility bills. I hope this will explain my dismay and the poor evaluation.

I would have given a 5 star rating if only the South Kensington office was involved in the recent renewal, because they are excellent and always have been. But I think it was a mistake for KFH to form a separate "renewals" department located in Wimbledon. In my mind this caused a duplication of efforts and and is inefficient, in that it takes the management and local intelligence away from the "front line", and necessitates the landlord to deal with two different KFH departments. That is why I gave only a "4 star" rating to KFH as a whole.

GoogleI purchased a property in March 2021 amidst the pandemic. Most property firms I had dealt with at the time were extremely unprofessional and blamed all and every unfortunate circumstance on COVID. Not the case with KFH Holland Park, as a first purchase I was nervous and unsure at nearly every step of the way. Ross was the agent dealing with my case and I honestly don’t think it could have gone any better, professional, polite, on time and extremely thorough, Ross went above and beyond to make the sale complete in a very short amount of time with his constant chasing of both vendor and buyer solicitors. Eduard arranged for me to see a number of properties to rent in West Kensington area. I’ve not taken up a property from KFH as my circumstances have changed, but I wanted to express my thanks to Eduard for his generous and thoughtful approach. He went beyond my expectations by arranging to view various properties instead of the one I had initially expressed an interest in. To my surprise, all of them were worth viewing. GoogleI am really impressed with the work of KFH and especially Salvatore Raia. KFH managed to sell my flat in a difficult market and they did that quickly and professionally. I worked with 2 other agencies before and was quite disappointed. Salvatore and his team really cared about my requirements and about my tenants. Also, if I have needed advice on anything they have always been there with up to date legislation rules and regulations and general advise. The staff at KFH always go the extra mile to help. Rianna Watson is very rude, she does not respond to emails or assist those who ask for help, she was horrible over the phone and lacks basic manners. Why hire someone who can’t even communicate with clients. We’ve had a horrible experience.
