Thanks Zara for everything. The 3 guys moved in perfectly, So tidy and well behaved. Crikey one has to take one's shoes off before entering the apartment. It was quite amazing how you found these perfect tenants. And whist the house was still under construction (exterior mainly). Thanks again. Really appreciate all. Caroline

I recommend these guys to anyone who listens!

I’ve worked with Rupert, Ellie & Zara at the Notting Hill branch of John D Wood for a number of years. It’s so refreshing to work with agents that really care about the entire letting process & not just getting the contract signed! Their due diligence is second to none & they actually do what they say they are going to do! I recommend these guys to anyone who listens because it’s hard to find people like this in the industry.

The Battersea Team were brilliant to deal with in the sale of our property. Fred in particular was fantastic to deal with throughout the sale process. As we were immigrating to New Zealand during the sale process and had departed the UK after accepting an offer but before exchange of contracts, Fred was exceptional with providing feedback and assisting us when opposite time zones were a challenge. I would have no hesitation recommending John D Wood to other sellers in Battersea and a big thanks to Fred for all his help!

My thanks to the Wimbledon team

My thanks to the Wimbledon team for marketing and selling my property. They were professional, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. During this difficult selling time they did everything they could to make the process work as smoothly as possible. They marketed the property quickly and accurately, managed the viewing without a single problem and sold the property. Warren Appleton and Adrian Seabrook were my main contacts and I could not have been given better service. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Chiswick Lettings Team

Laura and her team in the Chiswick Rental offices went the extra mile in advising us on every aspect of finding a new tenant for our property including help with plumbers, decorators and removals and most importantly in finding us a good selection of prospective new tenants to choose from. A very hands on operation with excellent customer service and support.

Excellent service from start to finish!

I'd like to thank the whole team at John D Wood in South Kensington and in particular Umar and Angelo for introducing a buyer and working together with all parties (solicitors, managing agents, freeholders, buyer and vendor) in a friendly, personalised and dedicated way from start to finish. Although the whole process - from offer and sales memorandum till exchange of contracts and completion of the sale at the agreed price - took approximately 12 weeks, Umar and Angelo have always kept me informed of every single step towards achieving a successful sale. It was often just a text or quick phone call - even on a Sunday - which kept me motivated throughout the process. I believe that with John D Wood I have been in very good hands and would therefore highly recommend them.

Deposit nightmare solved

We have recently had to move during COVID. It was incredibly stressful and made worse when we found ourselves unable to access our deposit back through no fault of our own. At first I was not happy with the responses I was getting until Rupert Simmonds stepped in. He went above and beyond to cut through red tape and help us to get our deposit back in full. Rupert is a credit to John D Wood!

Really bad when it comes to services

Really bad when it comes to services. My deposit is stuck with them for more than 2 months. Always some lame excuse for not paying back. There is an property manager named Moesha, who will never address any query but will just be harsh I hope to give below 1 star but that the least i can go.

Claire has been excellent in helping us find a rental properly from abroad. She was super flexible with our requirements and timing and always kept us in the loop once we found the property. She did an extra video viewing and asked many questions to current tenants on our behalf. I would highly recommend Claire and her team and if were to rent again would definitely use them!
