GoogleExtremely good service from two employees, who went the extra mile to ensure my property was let despite Covid-19. Competent, resourceful and very professional. The team of Rupert Simmonds, Associate Director and Marcel Schmidt, Property Manager are really a pleasure to work with. I sold a flat in the Fulham area through the John D Wood team in Parsons Green/ Fulham Broadway. For various reasons (outside control of John D Wood or myself), this was a long, drawn-out sales process. I have to say that John D Wood team was at all times professional, responsive and went above and beyond to get the sale done and completed. I would certainly recommend John D Wood to my friends and contacts.

GoogleWish i could give then a 0. Almost 18 months in a property and from move in to move out, maintenance issues were not fixed. I have wait over 2 months to receive our deposit back even though we filled out all the necessary docs straight away and there are no issues, it's just taken them 10 days to reply to emails with confirmations.... NEVER going to use them again.

Horrible experience with this agency. I am currently living in a 3 bed flat in Fulham where one of the bedroom ceiling has collapsed and for last 2 months the agency has been slow, practically unresponsive and simply rude. They treat tenants with such disdain it’s shocking. Do not use this company

GoogleThe team was very attentive throughout the letting process, helping get us from first viewing to keys in hand in less than 5 days! They've been flexible with their time, and provided more explanation than my previous agent. Their letting agreement is stricter than I would prefer, but in my case, the landlord has had a bit of leeway. Will update in the future pending how they manage the property!

Zara ironed out the documentation and regulatory requirement, making sure tenant can move in on time. Our experience has been first class and the JDW service was highly professional right from the start - realistic estimate of house value, knowledge of the local market and how to maximise our sale price and managing our anxieties and expectations throughout the whole lengthy process to completion. The team were always professional, responsive and friendly and definitely worked hard to help us achieve our sale. They managed everything - EPC, flattering professional photographs included as part of the service, all the very many viewings, right through to chasing solicitors and other parties all along the chain to achieve completion. Claire Carter (based at the Weybridge branch) handled my purchase from start to finish and was exceedingly efficient. I was on a very tight timeline yet she saw no reason as to why we could not complete on time and she held true to her word. She chased deadlines when needs be and kept me informed immediately of any requests for information or any news.I never had to chase her for an answer to any question I had and I hugely appreciated her transparency throughout the process. I cannot recommend her and the agency enough.

I rented a property that was part managed by John D Wood. The service was just awful - whenever we wanted something done with any urgency, they never responded. As soon as they wanted something, we'd receive really abrupt and quite rude emails demanding that we respond immediately. The tone of all staff was rude and often accusatory. I still have no idea what the landlord paid them for as they didn't manage the property as we dealt with all the maintenance issues.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
