GoogleThe service Faron Sutaria has offered for letting my apartment has been prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. In particular Souhail Matrane who made all the communications between the parties extremely easy. Faron Sutaria acted in the same manner as when I sold and bought through them 20 + years ago. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to let, sell or buy their home. The team is professional and has outstanding local knowledge and understanding of the property market. Great customer service. GoogleI had my move managed by Keelie and from the start Keelie was very accommodating and friendly, with a nice personality and very helpful. The apartment I moved in to is beautiful but it had tenants before me who left a lot of possessions and the walls needed repainting, the process has been handled professionally and very easily. Keelie has been on the phone and accessible the entire time to speed up the painting and clearing out of the apartment and I'm very pleased with the ease of communication being able to contact and have things dealt with very quickly is a blessing when moving home. Overall a great experience Keelie was my point of contact and emails coming from Laura and other staff at the estate agents all around great experience and less stressful than it could have been if a different agency was involved.

I rented a property which was managed by this company. The agents made promises they did not meet and the management agents are extremely poor. There was a flood and the information provided by the company turned out to be in accurate so they have refused to reimburse me for the hotel and all costs. I have had to instruct my lawyers to start a court process.

Keelie was eager to assist me from explaining basic terms and letting regulations to addressing all concerns and moments of uncertainty as this was my first time letting in the UK. GoogleKeelie Field at FS Sloane Square helped me find an incredible apartment this month, in a pinch. We met and instantly I knew I would jive with her positive, upbeat attitude, her easygoing but direct approach, and her willingness to help us out viewing all kinds of properties in other parts of town. Our search was difficult because we were constrained both by time and our two dogs, but Keelie kept on it and found us a great space. She negotiated for us and understood our needs, and she had a real understanding of the offerings on the market. So refreshing. Thank you Keelie!

GoogleAfter struggling to find an appropriate flat to rent in London I am really happy I finally rented an apartment through Faron Sutaria. Great location, good price and perfect team work! Special credit goes to Sofiya Yakova. I was impressed by efficiency of her work and after the very first viewing with her I found an amazing apartment. She was really easy to negotiate with and really helpful in process of moving in. Moreover, I found it really pleasant to work with her as she was always patient and very professional. She always answered any questions I had without any delay. I am very content that Faron Sutaria is not only a letting agency but also a managing agency as they are always dealing with my requests or problems perfectly. My friends were surprised by the flat and were asking through which agency I found it. I already recommended this agency to them!

Lisa Knight, Head of Sales in the Beckenham branch posted a letter to me dated the 17th February. It said, “If you would like to arrange a no-obligation market appraisal, please do not hesitate to get in touch..” I rang the office and made an appointment for the 7th of March. I was clear that I was not putting the house on the market right now.

If I could give zero I will! Awful experience starting from when they gave me the keys and then literally disappeared! Then the inventory was totally different from what I found in the house and when I contacted them they said contact the landlord we can’t do anything! Glad that the landlord was cooperative.Now after leaving the house it took them 10 days to send me the inventory checkout and I called them everyday and they gave a different story every day! Now I have been chasing the deposit for 1 month! Literally awful experience, avoid at any cost.

GoogleFaron Sutaria have exceeded my expectations. My flat was on the market for a few months, they found a buyer within a week of getting on board. All the way through to exchange of contracts, they kept me informed and updated of progress. Both Nadiye and Russell were always available to answer my queries or got back to me promptly, as helpful, professional and courteous as you could wish for. I highly recommend them.

RUN AWAY FROM THEM!I have lived in many flats in London and never have I experienced such a terrible process. First of all, we wrote down a formal offer with 1 only requirement. After our offer was accepted and we payed one week worth of rent to secure the place, they tell us that specific requirement cannot be met. They took almost 3 weeks to make the landlord sign our contract, and it was voided TWICE so we had to re-sign the contract 3 times in total as they kept adding clauses to it. During the move in, we realise the flat had not been cleaned (and the contract stated everything had to be professionally cleaned, even curtains and sofas.....) but the flat was in an appalling state really. We asked for it to be cleaned again and we are still waiting..... Not to say that we are still waiting for the landlord to pay the inventory. The people in this agency are very rude and will treat you bad. One advice, never use this agency!!!

As a tenant by Vanet Asset Property Management (part of the John D Wood & Co Group), my comments for them are: just terrible!Such a bad treatment from one single agency. Staff turnover is extremely high, different agent each month. No issue log whatsoever, so you need to call them daily to make sure whoever picks up your case, will have the details. So many incidents where we thought our issue was progressing and being resolved, while in reality it wasn't!Forgetting/ignoring tasks, not even when it comes to deposit.Interesting to see what kind of training their agents go through? Do they know how to keep log of issues?Sorry but this is unacceptable treatment.

I have had really good customer service from the team at John D Wood, especially Sardar and Camilla. Sardar swiftly arranged a viewing for me and he and Camilla were fantastic pushing things through so I could have a move in date within a week. Exceptional, especially with the move in date being 2 days before Christmas.Highly recommended!
