I sold a flat in the Fulham area through the John D Wood team in Parsons Green/ Fulham Broadway. For various reasons (outside control of John D Wood or myself), this was a long, drawn-out sales process. I have to say that John D Wood team was at all times professional, responsive and went above and beyond to get the sale done and completed. I would certainly recommend John D Wood to my friends and contacts.

Horrible experience with this agency. I am currently living in a 3 bed flat in Fulham where one of the bedroom ceiling has collapsed and for last 2 months the agency has been slow, practically unresponsive and simply rude. They treat tenants with such disdain it’s shocking. Do not use this company

Having had to do a couple of these at short notice due to building works, we found working with Katie and John D Wood to be the most painless of all our experiences with estate agents. She responded quickly to our inquiries and made the move go along on time and without fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Rob Philip especially proved to be an ace negotiator when dealing with a particularly pedantic and unrealistic/unreasonable firm of solicitors acting for the buyers and kept everything on track brilliantly, whilst maintaining a sense of humour ! This made the transaction a lot less stressful than it already was.

Claire Carter (based at the Weybridge branch) handled my purchase from start to finish and was exceedingly efficient. I was on a very tight timeline yet she saw no reason as to why we could not complete on time and she held true to her word. She chased deadlines when needs be and kept me informed immediately of any requests for information or any news.I never had to chase her for an answer to any question I had and I hugely appreciated her transparency throughout the process. I cannot recommend her and the agency enough.

I rented a property that was part managed by John D Wood. The service was just awful - whenever we wanted something done with any urgency, they never responded. As soon as they wanted something, we'd receive really abrupt and quite rude emails demanding that we respond immediately. The tone of all staff was rude and often accusatory. I still have no idea what the landlord paid them for as they didn't manage the property as we dealt with all the maintenance issues.

A recent new tenant who turned out to be very pleasant was found very quickly. The previous Tenancy Find was supposed to be for two tenants in the flat whereas in fact there were three and I was not happy about that.

Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and when a storm took down a tree and demolished the hedge, they immediately got a chap along to sort it out.Their communication regarding feedback from potential buyers was superb. I never had to chase them for information and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell a property.
