Maureen Allouche at Interlet was absolutely wonderful. We had spent 2 weeks looking for a flat to no avail. However, as soon as we got to interlet Maureen started making phone calls and we had 5 viewings that day. After viewing number 2 we had a place to live which ticked all our boxes. This service is really helpful especially for people who are new to London and new to looking for flats to rent. I would recommend it to any one who is struggling to find a place to live and would like to find a place quickly.

I had experience of using Interlet services in first days of May of this year. It was a hectic day as I was arriving to London that day and my accommodation booking was canceled at the last minute. However Interlet agents were ready to search for suitable options for me although it was Friday 6pm and they were not supposed to work at that time. Eventually a few options were found and later that day I moved into my new house where I live still and what I'm very happy about. I think interlet is a good fair agency with many flexible options available at any given time. Highly recommended.

Swift and professional service = Reassured, Stress Free Parent

My daughter has just moved to London from Wales to study at LSU. Unfortunately she was unable to get a place in halls and has been in a hostel while she's been looking for a place. We travelled down to help her and found out about Interlet via one of the property websites, it was either Zoopla or Rightmove I believe. We arrived at the office and they booked us around 6 viewings on the same day, which was great. I wouldn't have liked for them to take us to the properties, however seeing as they do not manage the properties, it makes sense that they don't. I do not know London very well but they printed the maps and gave all information I needed to arrive at the properties. We took the 3rd property that we viewed as we just wanted her to have a property to move into. All round great service and the girls in the office were friendly and professional. I would almost certainly consider using them when my Son moved to London in the next couple of years. A+

Great Agency

Interlet were very efficient at housing me and providing me viewings within my given timeframe and budget however during the process of looking for flats, one of the places I set my heart on was taken when I called interlet to let them know about it at the end of the day. In a way it was my own fault as I should have called them right after viewing and although being told I should take something I like right away so as to not miss out, I did not realise it would be taken so quickly. I also wish they were open on Sundays as I am free all day. Other then this they are a great agency and I have since recommended them to a couple of friends who are looking to move to London.

Thank you Eve... or Eva?

I got in contact with Interlet after seeing an advertisement posted on Zoopla. Unfortunately the property had been let earlier that day however they assured me they had very similar properties in that area for my budget. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lady with dark hair, I think he name was Eve? Or maybe Eva? She booked me a number of viewings as promised and I moved in later that day. They work slightly different to lettings agencies and I was a bit sceptical at first but after learning that they seek the properties and book the viewings for me while I could concentrate on my work, it seemed like a great idea. I didn't really have to use the service as I was housed in the first day however it should be something that people look into if they have a busy schedule or possibly do not speak English very well. The second property I viewed was perfect for me and my landlord is wonderful. Check them out, f'sure!

I recently used Interlet to find a property and was very pleased with the service I received. The staff were always very courteous and professional, and I felt were always doing the best they could to ensure my flat search went through smoothly. When issues came up along the way I put my faith in them to sort things out and was not disappointed. The property I found was so perfect for me, being so big, but I was worried about the price and the availability at first. Luckily I was able to move in immediately and for a price I was very happy with.

WOW, I have been trying to get hold of someone from Interlet as I am looking for a short term rental in London. I've been emailing and chatting, and as I have been travelling, can't always call as it is expensive. When I get hold of someone on the chat functionality, and explained that I was in Spain, so was unable to call telephonically, I get this back; 'Really? Because we can see you are in Ealing so you arent international so why not just phone' When I explained I was infact in Spain, they refused to believe me, and told me to come into the office...(why would I lie about being in Spain?) So I thank you Interlet, for your amazing customer service and calling a perspective client a liar...reading your other reviews though I can see that I was lucky by not dealing with you...and for your information, I can't remember the last time I was in Ealing.

Agency not helpful at all. They charge you a fee (120£) and then when you have a trouble with your landlord they wash their hands. I had a really not pleasant experience with one of the landlords they put me in touch with who happened to be Malaysian Chinese and was completely nuts and control freak. Her name was Mrs Celestial. So I would advise anyone wanting to rent a place from her think twice. Or try not to give the last month rent as what she did to me she refused to give it back and at the end when i said i will go into local court and sue her she gave me back only half. So stay away from Celestial Properties!! She is nuts. And the agency won't help you if you will have any problems

I have used this company twice. Once when I first moved to London and the last time in 2012. I thought they changed but they didn't. They really are terrible. The customer service is appalling. The accommodation manager I dealt with was Kasia Osinska. She sent me to view some dreadful places in London. So after wasting my time and my money I decided to go to a proper agency and I found the most amazing flat in Fulham.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!

I was dealing with Ms Fruzsina who set two appointments which turned up not being in line with what I requested (single room vs Double). I emailed her twice, with no answer... Once called the agency, they said she was on holiday and that they would have emailed me a list of properties, and this again NEVER happened. 120 wasted Pounds, and an approach which is anything but professional NOT SUGGESTED AT ALL!!

Very keen to take the £130 and do nothing else after an initial 10mins work on the phone. The do not even have photographs of all the properties they have on offer so you waste a lot of time and money visiting places blind. Furthermore they are rubbish at keeping in contact via email. The fact the £130 is non-transferable is a complete con! Avoid this company like the plague.
