We were recommended to contact Alexa by a friend who used Interlet before. We were quite desperate and tried few estate agents who were not able to help. We needed a short let property at a very short notice due to extensive building works at our home. We were really stressed and did not want to move too far as the whole process was quite disruptive for the whole family already. We was very impressed with the way Interlet approached our situation and dealt with us. Alexa was fantastic, upmost professional yet friendly and smily at all times. Our children loved visiting Interlet office where everyone was making them feel very special. We could not recommended Interlet high enough. Not your typical estate agent!

Mixed feelings

I came across both competent and incompetent people at Interlet. My gratitude is for Monika, now gone, and especially for Hope, for their professionalism. They are both very efficient and cared about me as a tenant. They dealt with some important problems that I had in a very effective way.I am more disappointed with other workers, whose name I keep to myself unless asked in confidence. The management of the property was not very good at some times, where the cleaning was not carried out for some periods of time or some of the showers were not in optimal condition. Or, for example, when for a while we could not use the washing machine because it would not accept the new coins and it was eventually fixed, but nobody gave me notice until I enquired again, two months later. This could have been anticipated and the lack of communication just made it worse. Or when I needed a copy of the signed contract and I discovered that no one had signed it on the other end. Or when the copy of my key magically disappeared and they needed to cut a new copy. To date, I still do not know what happened to the old copy. Giving what I payed for the rent as well as the admin fee, I would expect the management of the property was excellent. But it was not.I think Interlet would benefit from a closer attention to the tenants and the state of the properties, for which I believe Hope is a great acquisition in the company.

Although my Landlord was very greedy and deducted 420 gbp for cleaning but still I loved interlet and would recommend it to everyone. Initial good experience and communication. However they became slow to respond often having to send multiple emails and make multiple calls for them to reply. Deposit came more than a month after I moved out and I was overcharged in cleaning fees. Not the worst I’ve seen in London but certainly not the best.
