I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

GoogleAmit Sharma and his team exclusively let our 9 Apartments in Gloucester Road, South Kensington and have done so for the past 5 years. Amits service is excellent - high quality tenants are always found at market rentals. The support from his office is also excellent. Amit and Foxtons South Kensington are a vital part of the team that ensure this substantial property investment performs.

Bradley, Ayoube and Jasmine in the Foxtons South Kensington office are excellent, and I can’t really say enough about how good they are, helping me quickly and efficiently sell my flat in Onslow Gardens. From first meeting to final sale they are all superb. Foxtons live up to their Number 1 billing, and are a highly professional, dedicated, can do operation. Don’t bother with any other agents. Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

Her charisma and friendliness makes you as a client just as excited even when things aren't looking promising - flat hunting Is less stressful, and easier.

Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.

GoogleTiago was so accomodating throughout the whole process when I was looking for a new home with Foxtons. It was a difficult personal time for me - he took the time to talk things through to properly understand my requirements, went above and beyond to get me an apartment that felt right and was on hand to answer any questions. Everything from the viewing, to the offer and the move in itself went so smoothly because of Tiago's help. I truly felt he prioritised my needs and balanced them with the owner's expectations. I feel very happy, safe and settled in my new home - and that's down to Tiago's warmth, good humour and generosity. Thank you!

GoogleWow! I am writing this review because myself and my friend who were served by Rosie were absolutely blown away by the quality of service. Where do we even start she was kind, friendly, professional, attentive and energetic! Honestly we could go on and on about it. She arrived on time and was instantly very hands on, giving us useful information and thinking ahead on potential answers that we would have! After our first viewing she answered questions and queries we would have politely and entertained us no matter how “stupid” or “pointless” the question seemed. On top of being extremely respectful, Rosie was also extremely kind, offering to show us a nearby listing after we told her the reqs we were looking for! It was refreshing to encounter someone so helpful and passionate. Conversation on the drive over was fantastic as Rosie is really down to earth but also once again left us with excellent information and tips. Finally once done with the second viewing, Rosie carefully walked us through the offer making process and even offered to drop us to a nearby station. Since then, she has sent over other listings and virtual viewings. So the aftercare is great too! All in all her service and attitude were outstanding and have really given us an excellent opinion of Foxtons! Anybody planning to use this Foxtons, ask for Rosie and you can’t go wrong! I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!
