GoogleI can’t thank Foxtons South Kensington enough for their fantastic help over the last few weeks. Bradley who is the manager was extremely helpful and thoughtful towards my property search and helped to ensure all my queries were diligently answered in a timely manner. As for Bruno, he went out his was to accommodate viewings and worked tirelessly towards my completion and dream purchase. Overall, Foxtons behaved extremely professionally and were very helpful.

Rented an appartment with foxtons at Standhope Gardens 62d Standhope gardens! After I found out that there were prostitutes residing before and that the bathtub collapsed 1 year ago and the wall crushed! Also, it was full of rats!

GoogleHonestly dreadful. Rented with foxtons as property managers for 3 years. Had to beg and plead with them to sort any issues out. Once they left us without a working front door for 3 months and only sorted it when I threatened to involve CAB. When estate agents started showing our property to other potential tenants they would come in without asking, lie and say they had called/had permission when they didn't, and be extremely rude when I brought these issues up. Our deposit was late getting back to it. Foxtons are rubbish. P.s. I might get a response saying "please contact us"- I have tried contacting them many times to complain with no response. Avoid if you can.

Ayoube represented the seller and was very helpful in our communication with the seller; moreover we received excellent referrals for solicitor, mortgage advisor and FX. GoogleI must say I was slightly anxious to use an agent as large as Foxtons for my search, as previous experience with an agent of this magnitude have been far from the standard you would expect. After dealing with Zak Taylor my opinion has now taken a complete 360, and restored my faith in the wonderful world of Lettings. Zak has impeccable attention to detail, really listened to what I was looking for and made the experience personable, and more importantly enjoyable. Thank you so much for your assistance Zak.
