GoogleI recently dealt with Igor Griskin, real estate agent, at Foxtons South Kensington. I found him always supportive, highly professional and fully dedicated to his customers. He was very helpful and will surely be a great asset to Foxtons. I would definitely refer his name to my friends and professional contacts.

GoogleI would strongly discourage anyone from selling with Foxtons. I have gone to market twice with Foxtons. Do not be drawn in by the higher marketing price they pitch - they are unlikely to achieve it and instead will waste time before recommending a price adjustment. My own experience epitomised the underhanded, dishonest, and deceitful tactics associated with the worst sales practices. In my instance a misrepresented, falsified cash offer resulted in a contrived sale that ultimately collapsed costing both parties time and money as a result. I understand from previous investigations that there is a documented track record of the same and a culture of deceit across the Foxton Group. You only have to look at their historical share price - big talk, launch large but when it comes down to it, fail to deliver.

GoogleI have been very dissatisfied with Foxtons, South Kensington Branch. They promise something, they do another. Staff are incompetent and do not care. I am still waiting for my statement from someone called Holly, which it has not arrived yet, although, she promised to send it immediately. She was supposed to call me back too and I waited over an hour, but they ignore my calls. I have been charged £6,143.00 (they overcharged me too) and this is the treatment I get. I will never use Foxtons again. I called her colleague, Maggie and she pretended she had suddenly left on an emergency. They are not professionals. As soon as they get their commission they really misbehave.

Also, Lorenzo from the South Kensington office has been very helpful and would definitely recommend looking for a property with him. GoogleWe gave Verity at Foxtons a difficult search, we are a young family with very niche requirements across the board. Most estate agents couldn’t match these and communication was lost. However, Verity never stopped trying! Despite their not being many options on the market, Verity’s daily communication and options finally narrowed down our search to finding our dream home to let.
