GoogleVery rude service. Went in to grab something quick between meetings and asked if I could take a look at the sweats case, the young server scoffed at me and pointed at the menu. Such a mood killer 0/10 customer service skills. Maybe take some customer service training or even a smile would be nice? The carrot cake was good but definitely not worth that kind of treatment.ServiceTake out

GoogleVery rude staff. Serving food in a carton box for people sitting outside and now allowing to get a table indoors to be properly service is not acceptable for this price. Not coming back. There’s a lot of good places for brunch in London with proper service.

This is an ongoing issue across the UK that we are trying to overcome so some days have to pivot the business slightly. I am sorry this inconvenienced you. GoogleI had poached eggs on toast (£8) with latte (£3) and they were both delicious. I found the eggs to be xs and the granola (£8) portion was also small. However, I couldn’t fault the taste. We got there about noon and had to wait a few minutes for a table - which wasn’t a problem. The waiter for our table was friendly and the food came extremely quickly. The only odd thing about the whole experience was that they included 12.5% gratuity to the bill and then asked for additional £2 / £3 for the waiter. GoogleVery cute place for a breakfast/brunch. The food and drinks are excellent and the waitresses lovely! The space inside may be a little small but very well arranged. Little extra for the colorful and nice decor! GoogleExtremely poor service. Got seated with food menus then waited a very long time and had to eventually hail a waiter to take our order. We were then told the kitchen was closed. I saw this happen to another couple too. Why did they give us food menus which said all day breakfast on it and never tell us the kitchen was closed? This wasn’t even near closing time either. GoogleThis place is lovely ! I love the concept, decorated with all this colours. Especially for the Christmas season, the front door looks so attractive, you just want to go inside ! The service is super nice and smiling. The food is unusual in a good way. A mix of tastes that fits really good together. Like latte with rose. Pancakes with sour cherry… of course you can find also « normal » food. And it s also really good ! Not even a sorry or a compensation. GoogleI feel like this was just okay. The focaccia sandwich wasn't bad (bread itself was great!) but the charcoal latte was very milky and not very charcoal-y. Ordered mine first and it didn't get put into the system so had to wait for another one.
