Bective is not your average real estate company. We recently moved with the Brook Green Office. Stephanie G. and her team made it a truly personal and enjoyable experience. The move was super easy, the entire team is really flexible and super friendly. Prior to our move, Stephanie pro-actively made sure that our new tenancy had been looked after and that everything was in good order for the move. Definitely recommend them!

Lydia and Bective were excellent at helping me find the flat that I was after. As a first time buyer, the helped talk through various issues and it was great to work with someone who I could trust. Lydia was friendly, informed and always willing to help even if it was in the evenings or on the weekend. My experience with Bective has been really positive and I will definitely use them again.

Tenants Beware. Believe it or not, I am a Landlord complaining about Druce's treatment of our tenants ! Throughout the years we have encountered nothing but problems with Druce. They have very high turnover, have resorted to using recruiting companies to replace all the employees that are leaving. We have had countless Property Managers ( if you can call them that ). On occasion we complained to Neil McGimpsey the UK MD and Neal Verman who is the Chief Legal Compliance officer. and Rob Swann , Area Director, (Chelsea Office). I can only say that complaining to them is like to complaining to a brick wall. They could care less.

My flat developed a serious damp problem. I have just completed a major refurbishment and a new tenant is moving in today. Druce have guided me through this from start to finish. They have been brilliant! Natasha found an excellent contractor and she and Emil have managed a challenging project with skill and diligence. They have been available and responsive. Harry's team were so quick to find a new tenant. Thank you all so much for your hard work and support.

However Alexandre Chapalain who handled the sale is the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. He pushed the sale along and was always in total command of the situation even keeping in touch evenings, weekends and when he was on holiday. Alexandre has a phenomenal work ethic and is charming to deal with and very knowledgeable.

I’ve just completed on the sale of my Notting Hill flat and cannot not speak more highly of Hamead Chioua at Bective. Hamead went above and beyond in personal communication and was the major driving force between myself, solicitors, lease holder and management company which in my experience of estate agents is rare. I’m most grateful to him and his 5 star approach.
