We had an amazing experience with Stephanie and the Bective Brook Green team. She is really polite, helpful and kept us updated during the entire process.The property that we end up renting was not our first option, but based on our needs, Steph was spot on in her suggestion. We loved the place and we’re very satisfied with the service.All the other members of Bective were extremely helpful as well. We received an outstanding service, couldn’t be any better.

I have been renting several flats in London throughout my 6 years living here. I have never come across such a pleasant experience as the one with Bective. Moving flat is always super stressful but with the help of Stephanie, her professionalism, help and precision, moving has been actually very smooth and calming! She has always been super available and fast in her responses as well as very emphatic with the overall experience, understanding our needs and concerns. could not recommend her enough! We used Bective to sell our Kensington flat which we had been in for 17 years. It was a pretty emotional sale and fairly complex and frustrating at times due to complexities around the leasehold and the pandemic. Jeremy and Andrew were fantastic, going the extra mile in supporting leasehold challenges and also keeping a steady nerve when our initial buyer pulled out. It's a crowded market for estate agents in Kensington but I feel Jeremys experience was an important part of the successful transaction, in addition the level of service we got was exceptional even although our property at the very low end in the area. Highly recommend.

I recently worked with Megan to find a property and she was the best! I'd been looking for a flat for a really long time and worked with many different agents, most who I felt didn't consider my requirements carefully. I had been shown so many flats that didn't even fit what I was looking for which was quite discouraging. However, I felt Megan really understood what I was looking for and was extremely helpful in every way! She was very thoughtful regarding showing me flats and kept me in mind when she found ones that she thought I would like. I had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend working with Bective and Megan in particular!

Quick review of our very positive experience of both Andy LaPersonne and Jeremy Creasor at Bective on Hornton Street. Andy was superb in assessing our flat in W8 for sale, recommending a sensible price and then introducing quality prospective buyers with no time-wasters. We achieved asking which, given the current environment was not a trivial achievement. So very high recommendation from us for both Andy on his handling of our sale and Jeremy for his oversight and guidance - we really appreciated their expertise and advice.

I have lived in London for 11 years now and I have never had a better experience with rental properties than I did with Bective. They were fast, responsive, thorough, and kept me updated at all times. I worked with Kim and Jozef, both of whom made finding a new home enjoyable. Kim showed me the flat immediately and helped me through the offer stage. Jozef helped me through the reference check process.In the past with other agencies, I have been let down and treated quite poorly. This time I was able to view a flat and secure it within 1 week. Record speed for London!

I just bought a property via Bective in Kensington.Offer was accepted back in January but due to covid, thing slowed right down and there were numerous obstacles. Throughout, however, Andrew and team stayed in constant communication, were unwaveringly helpful and polite and always sought to help, regardless of the ask.For example, when we needed access to assess potential works, Andrew always went out of his way to make it work. Overall, a great team and a pleasure to do business with.

I recently found the most perfect flat for me through Bective. I was so lucky to have Megan Windus to help me. She made me feel heard and safe, quickly understood what I was looking for and made worked hard for me to get the flat I wanted. Bective is truly the only ones I would go to, to find a flat in west London. Super nice staff, very professional and helpful from start to finish. I have nothing to complain about. As a young woman, it can be super easy for real estate agents to take advantage of us, but with Bective their only objective was to help me find exactly what I needed. Thank you so much Megan

I recently had a varied experience with Druce, renting out my property through them. Initially, there were some delays and issues, but their managing agent Natasha Dhillon worked efficiently with her team to resolve the matters, and the repairs were solid. They also did a fantastic job handling a serious damp problem and were responsive throughout. I appreciated their diligence during the process. Though there were some hiccups, including confusion over tenant offers and some turnover among staff, on the whole, Druce's team demonstrated commitment and skill, especially in finding suitable tenants and maintaining communication. Overall, I'm quite pleased with their service.

TrustpilotDruce allow delays to cause damage
Druce show no care for properties and are willing to cause more damage with their delays. A slow leak should be a high priority, but Druce will gladly leave it 10 days before even enabling an appointment for repair, which is plenty of time for the humidity to grow mould. The single shower in a property being broken should be a high priority, but Druce are happy to delay this repair for a month with only apologies at the end. All this while being completely unresponsive to tenants. This is a company I would strongly recommend not doing business with.

The Hammersmith Sales team of Louise K and David H is very efficient and pro-active. The moment our house went on the market with them, their team really pushed the marketing and everyday there was a viewing or two. The communication from the Team was very precise and quick. Every time I called, email or whatsapp, all my questions were answered in time quickly. If you live around Hammersmith then look no further and don't go with Multi-agency. I stronly reccommend Druce for a one stop shop. You will get your house sold for sure.

GoogleI've dealt quite a lot with the rental team at Bective on Westbourne Grove and, without any reservation whatsoever, I am very happy to recommend Pam, Megan and the rest of the team. Other agencies can be aggressive. These guys are a pleasure to deal with: thorough, professional, gentle and with a proper insight into the market and its available properties. They hold your hand and don't push you into making a decision that's not right for you. A great team and a clear go-to if you're looking as a tenant or landlord in the NH area.

The move was super easy, the entire team is really flexible and super friendly. Tenants Beware. Believe it or not, I am a Landlord complaining about Druce's treatment of our tenants ! Throughout the years we have encountered nothing but problems with Druce. They have very high turnover, have resorted to using recruiting companies to replace all the employees that are leaving. We have had countless Property Managers ( if you can call them that ). On occasion we complained to Neil McGimpsey the UK MD and Neal Verman who is the Chief Legal Compliance officer. and Rob Swann , Area Director, (Chelsea Office). I can only say that complaining to them is like to complaining to a brick wall. They could care less.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
