I've had a terrible experience with Chestertons. They've mismanaged my billings for many consecutive months. They have assumed I am overseas for tax purposes and deduct the wrong amount for their fees. They've also incorrectly advised the tenants to cancel all bills that per out agreement we are supposed to pay. I do not recommend letting your property with Chestertons

I am no longer looking for a property, the unsubsrcibe from mailings fails. I responded to 8 colleagues now who have persisted to send me information about properties, for over 2 days. I am still getting calls and emails. Honestly, never message these people, sick of emails from them. And the one property I asked to view, I never even saw. DELETE MY DATA.

Working with Stav and Chestertons has been such a quick and easy experience, that allowed us to find our dream flat. We were looking for a while and couldn’t find anything in our price range, that was to the standard we wanted, but Stav swooped in saved the day! He was there for any questions we had which was very comforting, and acted quickly and efficiently through out the whole process.
