This agency is the worst, do not trust them!!! We dealt with a woman called Abigail Gould in the South Quays branch. Her communication with us was poor, she was unprofessional & did not explain anything clearly unless we asked questions. We arranged a time with her to view the property, and when she turned up, she herself said “I’ve never been to this property, I don’t actually know what it’s like.” That was the first red flag, but we proceeded to view the property, as we was taking a look around, she mentioned there was another offer for the property but it wasn’t confirmed and she’d let us know later that evening. We asked her about the holding deposit, and there was miscommunication with how much it was etc.. nothing was explained clearly. When she did send us the link to pay the holding deposit. We felt rushed and the whole thing seemed dodgy. We did not pay the deposit straight away, so she decided to offer us a zero deposit scheme as apparently the landlord allowed this, however after telling us this she said there was another offer from someone else who “earned more” which we thought was quite rude. But funnily enough, the guy didn’t come through according to her. She then said the property was ours, but to be quick as there was someone else viewing the flat later on. I turned down her offer, and said we’d found another place, to which she blocked me on WhatsApp. These people are just out to take your money, they rush you and make out they have so many viewings so you give them the money. CHESTERTONS IS A DODGY AGENCY DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Bought a flat in Chelsea via Chestertons Knightsbridge. Viewing was good but the unprofessional, immature behaviour of the estate agent George Smith, during the process was disappointing and unhelpful to the point of damaging the sale and attitude of both side’s lawyers. Still awaiting documents weeks after completion despite emails stating they are keen to help no replies once they have been paid. I was COVID isolating at completion Chestertons really unhelpful but Chapletons who had spare keys were great.

GoogleVery proffesional from the very first step that we got in contact. Charlotte was able to deliver me an outstanding job in the way she was able to accomodate my restricted agenda to show me the flat. On the next step, due to her good relationahip with the landlord, she managed perfectly both side so we could get an agreement pretty quickly and was able to bring me an extraordinary help to move my stuff in the flat. All in all...excellent proffesional and friendly service.

GoogleI just want to say a massive thank you to Irina from Chestertons Kensington for being so helpful and professional during our flat hunting. We moved from Piccadilly to Kensington because my wife was pregnant and we wanted to live in a more quite area, we didn't however know Kensington very well. Irina was super patient with us, very knowledgeable of the area and showed us different flats in our budget range. We finally found the perfect place and she helped a lot with the negotiation and the process in general. I will definitely recommend Chestertons and Irina to all of my friends, keep up the goos work!

We contacted the Clapham junction branch and spoke to Gary Noone who agreed he would equally market our flat for let on Lavender Hill.We were also marketing the flat on open rent web portal and had agreed any leads we receive would be be passed onto Chestertons.Almost 3 weeks ago we were informed that the agent had secured us a tenant and were in the process of commencing the referencing. Today we called the agent to be told the tenant has not sent any documents so no tenant has been secured. When were you expecting to inform us Chestertons? When we call you to find out given you had said to us the tenant you had secured would be moving in on the 20th September 2020. This is a office run by clowns and a joker. Avoid at all costs these incompetent agents are not worth dealing with.
