Agent & Homes marketed our property after another agent had been marketing it. The previous agent seemed to do no marketing and relied on their brand name and Rightmove and location of its offices. Rav on the other hand was brilliant after sitting down with us and he was honest about the market and went out of his way to do the best for us. He did not bring buyers round unless he had vetoed them beforehand. He not only marketed it locally but also on numerous websites and sold it to a buyer from Central London after being told by our former agent it would only be a local buyer who would purchase the house. We were impressed that he knew everything about the area and he kept us up to date on the process throughout. My only regret was we should have found Rav earlier and taken him on as our Sole agent With his many years as an agent he also personally shows people around not handing over to a junior member of the team Well done Rav and thank you for all your support.

Will Colin really went above and beyond to sell our place in Battersea. We were unlucky to have 2 buyers pull out as we were waiting for a probate. Will then did his own research and found out that we could appoint a trustee for the probate. This is would allow a buyer to buy our house and speed up the sale. Something our solicitor didn't even think of at the time... Apart from that when the earlier buyers pulled out he immediately contacted his previous leads and got them in for a viewing. In so doing we managed to keep the chain in tact and buy the place we wanted. This was all during Covid so as you can imagine it was tricky and not ideal circumstances. Would highly recommend CJ

CJ went above and beyond to provide a valuation for a leasehold property that involved various tricky restrictions on resale. He produced a thorough and detailed report that met a very strict criteria. He was also incredibly flexible when booking the valuation date and arrived on time before emailing a copy of the report the same day. I have already recommended CJ to people I know who are selling their properties. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again in the future.
