Tim has been fantastic

Tim has been fantastic - the whole process from seeing a photo of the flat to moving in has been incredibly smooth and easy. By far the easiest and most pleasant process we’ve had so far (and we’ve moved in Chelsea/South Ken a good few times) and he really went above and beyond on a number of things to make it that much easier for us. I’m really grateful!

First class service

Rosie and then Matthew were outstanding from start to finish. We asked something that we felt was impossible to achieve but they pulled it off. The speed and attention to our needs were off the chart and whilst Rosie attended to the technicalities with complete efficiency, Matthew has always been available to help when needed. As we say in the East End “ Different Gravy” Thanks guys

Great service

Nathan has been excellent throughout our letting process. As first time landlord he led us through the process and made clear what we needed to do to have our property ready. He’s also very good at communicating and always responds quickly to queries. Nathan’s approach has removed a lot of the stress of becoming a landlord and we’re very happy with the service.

Highly satisfied

We have recently rented our flat out through Agent & Homes, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tim is very professional, he really couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We have been extremely happy in our dealings with Tim. He has found us great tenants & we will definitely be dealing with him again in the future.

I have worked with Tanya Gaby from this agency and she is PHENOMENAL! Gets things done, understands really quickly your style and needs, has a great rapport with buyers and sellers, and is someone who I trust to manage my property whilst I am in New York. I can't say enough good things about her. Hire her if you can!

Very happy customer.

Rav was my agent and he was fantastic. I’d highly recommend this company. So much better than large estate agents where you get young pushy agents that are only interested in their bonuses. Rav gave good advice and negotiated a great price for me. He is professional but kind and made the whole process a pleasure.

I had a pleasant experience working with Agents and Homes and Rav in particular. I was very impressed with Rav’s attitude, he is very polite and looks like a person you can trust and rely on. Rav made the stressful process of finding a new apartment really smooth and pleasant. Rav manages the property where my husband and I live now, and we communicate almost every week and I’m very glad that Rav is our agent. I highly recommend working with Rav.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We let our apartment in Chelsea through Tim at Agent and Homes and are totally satisfied with the service provided. Tim was very efficient, competent, thorough and helpful, finding an excellent tenant in a very short space of time. The ease of communication with a single person dedicated to your service is a great bonus. I would recommend highly.Ruth

We are international buyers and worked with Emma on a flat in central London. Emma is responsive and professional; she provides us guidance and honest opinions throughout the process. We are deeply grateful and feel very blessed that she was the appointed agent and enjoy working with her. She is truly a gem and we highly recommend Emma.

Rav Sagoo is different to other agents I have met before, which is why I always choose to work with him with any property options. I trust his opinion completely. He makes the whole experience of selling and house hunting as stress free as possible and the house hunting part was actually a lot of fun! He asks the right questions to really understand what you're looking for as a buyer, even things you may not have considered yourself and as a result he found me the perfect flat. He was always quick to reply to any questions I had and was really supportive through the whole process and dealing with all parties involved. Thank you Rav!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I had a fantastic experience working with Rav and Agent & Homes. I moved to London from abroad, and so was unfamiliar with the whole process of renting in the UK. Rav was so helpful, patiently explaining to me all the steps and facilitating the process smoothly. Since moving in, Rav has been extremely responsive and reliable with all my questions about the flat. He is very professional, and a pleasure to work with!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Recommendation for Rollo at Agent and Homes

I can wholly recommend Rollo at Agent and Homes, as a very experienced pair of hands with great insight on the market, a good understanding of his client's needs, an ability to effectively communicate and negotiate for distinct parties. Above all he has a knack for getting things done in an efficient but amicable way.

Very happy with the service from Sean Johnson at Agent and Homes.

I have been a landlord for 10 years+ and Sean Johnson is the best agent I've worked with. Straightforward, hard working, gets stuff done and an expert in his field. I appreciate his open and honest communication and will continue to work with him as long as he is available!

Just completed a letting for my property managed by Emma Benwell, a reccomendation from my network. It took a total of 7 days end to end to complete and she went over and above on her search ensuring that the match was perfect. Emma is a true professional and in particular practical with her advice and screening of candidates. I found her extremely organised and her pragmatic approach was second to none. The entire process was clear concise and seamless ---Thank you Emma!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Rollo is the man for Acton with a deep knowledge of the area. He lined up six serious viewers for us and we had three offers within a month. None of the viewers were timewasters and Rollo was a huge help both with the sale and our prospective purchase.
