Excellent Experience with finding a let

Rav was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process, from touring to signing the contract. Agent And Homes maintained a very professional attitude and we're attentive to my requirements. As an international student, my experience with the company was far better than other similar letting agencies. After the contract was done, Agent And Homes followed up regularly to make sure I was settled in well and to take care of any minor issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming to London for the first time and is unfamiliar with the letting process here.

Agent & Homes are unlike any real estate agency we've worked with in London. The interaction with Rav has been great as he goes out of his way to make you feel you are dealing with a friend rather than an agent. All our asks have been taken into consideration and A&H make sure you are updated frequently on the progress of your situation. The process has been great too, everything is done online where it can easily be tracked and completed with a few clicks. Really good experience.

Charlie Crane was exceptional from start to finish during the sale of our property. He suggested a sensible marketing price, backed up by plenty of local comparable evidence, and within hours of the property being live had communicated what viewings were booked in and the profiles of the applicants. We received multiple offers and had to go to best and final offers before Charlie talked us through these thoroughly so we could make our own decision. Once the offer was accepted he kept us in close contact on the progress of the sale which went through seamlessly even though we were in the middle of a global pandemic and London's restrictions were tightening daily. Emma Benwell took over the sale of our property when we had had nothing but issues with a previous agent. Not only did she sell it within a week, but she completely took the pressure off us by being a step ahead with everything and making sure the sale progressed. She was in constant contact with us, the buyers and the solicitors and was always available to offer advice and answer any questions. I can’t recommend Emma highly enough.

Nathan Kider was absolutely fantastic

Nathan Kider was absolutely fantastic. This is the second property he’s sold for me and both times he made the process as easy as could be. His approach is personalised and he’s always at the end of the phone to answer questions. He has gone above and beyond throughout the process. I am always very stressed but Nathan made sure I was reassured throughout. Since I work long hours, it was Nathan that came in for surveys and other various visits from contractors etc. I honestly can’t recommend Nathan enough.

Simply put, Nathan Khider is an amazing estate agent. Not only was he the consummate professional, working tirelessly to sell our flat, but he was always available and more than happy to provide us with valuable advice and guidance on how to best navigate the whole marketing and sales process. Jack Graham-Lindsey is that rarest of brokers. He knows his area - virtually perfectly; he tells the truth and he trusts people (people trust him in return) and he responds to questions with the truth rather than what’s easy.He was listing broker for the seller of a flat which I recently purchased. I worked directly with him to get the deal completed in a very short time. Excellent service

I was immediately impressed with how efficient Tim was when I first met him many years ago when he let our Chelsea house. When he moved to Agent and Homes I didn’t hesitate to give him the full management role on a flat in Fulham. He quickly found very good tenants and manages the property brilliantly. He does all the worrying and thinking for me. He has a very good data base of people he can call on for plumbing etc. I really respect him for his honesty and diligence. Recently we asked him to sell a house in Chelsea which he handled diplomatically and with great professionalism. From our point of view as vendors he helped us in every stage and made the process stress free and uncomplicated. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and in 20 years of letting in London Tim is the best agent I have dealt with.

Amazing to work with

Right from the start Rav was amazing to work with, within minutes of registering interest on Rightmove he had phoned me back to book a viewing. All the way through the process of renting the property with him he was very professional with a friendly approachable manner, always making it easy for us to talk to him. When we were forced to wait for my employment contract to come through Rav was very understanding and patient which we are very thankful for as we loved the flat and did not want to lose it. We found ourselves lucky to have been introduced to Tim Lawler. A consummate professional for whom nothing is too much trouble.Very much a go the extra mile person.We took Tim on to manage our Flat in South Kensington where we were having a bad experience with both our tenant and existing manager. Agent and Homes have been amazing helping me and my family over the years. They have sold properties swiftly and at good prices, always thinking carefully about who the property would suit. They are honest about price ranges, think carefully about the best options in current climates and are happy to discuss and advise accordingly. They have efficiently managed short lets for us, checking in tenants and keeping the house clean and up to spec. Most recently Valerie Rapp has helped me find a tenant for a long let. Not only did she get the price I wanted but she has been working tirelessly to negotiate fine details and help organise the move. She has gone above and beyond to help me as I live in the countryside and have 2 small children so getting to London is not the easiest. I can't thank her enough for her cheerful and supportive presence. If you have a property to rent or sell I would highly recommend this agent. :)

The rental race made all the more easier!

As tenants, the rental world in London is always somewhat of a daunting one! The battle of finding the perfect place you can call home is tricky and the race is always on to hope you can secure it in time. However, I must say that Sean at Agent and Homes was brilliant, keeping us constantly informed and making us feel like we mattered. It's been the smoothest of rental rides we've had and we wouldn't hesitate to go back to him again - hopefully next time with a nice big deposit for a place of our own :-)
