GoogleVery unprofessional letting agency. I was told my offer was accepted and was prepared to pay the deposit. I did not hear back in days, once I called them they stated that the property has been let to someone else without giving me any notice. They lied about trying to contact me and not being able to reach me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Save your time and money!!

GoogleExtremely poor service, cunning and disgraceful. It's been 6 weeks after requesting our deposit back, not only they hold back your deposit but also they made excessive wear and tear claim, they claim we have to pay £190 for professional cleaning n another hundreds quids for wear n tear! The only way to have your deposit back is to take them to court, if you are not prepared for court action n waiting for 6 weeks to get a respond, don't brother!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHorrible, please avoid. Incompetent workers thats all I can say. Nothing about it is easy or clear. It is my first experience with and estate agente and I have to say couldn't be more dissapointed. The agent semed amazing and super friendly until he has you under is claws, after that everything goes bad, we had all kind of things... from the agent 'forgeting' that had an appointing with us and saying that he thought it was the next day so he couldn't make it (and us waiting in front of the door), the address on the contract was wrong, misscommunication, lack of communication, arranged a day to get the keys and no word from the agent, until that same morning (we were supposed to pick up the keys at 10am!) the agent (doesn't even bother to call) drop us an email saying the office is closed in the morning and that he is just there in the afternoon from two... So this to say, this agents do not consider you first at all, are rude, unprofessional and couldn't care less. AVOID as the flats are usually in more than one agency at the same time.

GoogleI have been dealing with both Lloyd and Ben. They are nice enough to talk to on the phone but lack of communication is utterly shocking. Three times now they have told me about properties and set up viewings. All three occasions they have failed to send me confirmation after chasing 3-4 times for each viewing. And all 3 times half hour to 1 hour before the appointed time I find out (by me calling them and asking for the address once again..) the property has already been let. On the last property when we made the appointment the day before I even specifically asked whether it is under offer of any kind and they all responded no. The worst customer service and time waster ever.
