Everyone we have spoke to has been fantastic but Donna in sales progression was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and an absolute credit to the company.

GoogleI have just sold my house through Sarah Mains, who were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire time I dealt with them. Other estate agents I have used in the past simply do not match up to this great team of people. Special mention to two ladies in particular: Lauren who I dealt with at the start of the process and who was always so efficient, professional and charming to deal with. Secondly Donna who was able to get me the price I wanted for my property and always followed through with everything we discussed, so incredibly helpful, positive and all round superstar! GoogleHaving been a landlord with SM for a couple of years, from 2022-2024, I couldn't recommend them for managing property on your behalf. I had numerous issues, from poor inspection reports (not highlighting really quite obvious condensation issues at the property - previous tenant of 7 years had no such issues), to forgetting to carry out CP12 inspections at the required interval, and having to constantly chase the Tenancy manager for responses after emailing multiple times about some of the issues we had. Usually had to follow up with a call, when there was no reply, and the response was often 'sorry we were busy', well I'm afraid that's not my concern as a paying client, if you need more staff to provide the correct service, then employ more people. The whole experience on the tenancy management side was continual frustration, we've now thankfully moved to another agent in Benton who actually provides excellent customer service, what a contrast......To the management and directors at Sarah Mains, you really need to do better than this, the service we paid for and received was really just not good enough.

GoogleAs first time landlord, I’m really happy from initial visit to secure tenant within 2 weeks. On the valuation day, Scott took time to listen to me and our plan for the property. Then shared the market insights and very valuable opinions which comes from experience. Agreed on the strategy and put it on the market the same week after initial visit. I was informed every stage and whole team was there to answer my questions during the process. Secured tenants within 2 weeks and signed the contract. Highly recommend Sarah Mains

I have dealt with Sarah in the Jesmond office a lot and to say she is extremely helpful is an understatement! She has a very approachable manner and is genuinely invested and cares about finding you your dream property. Sarah’s service is second to none. She has an amazing way of building relationships with clients through her kind and friendly manner. Sarah is definitely an asset to an already amazing company !

GoogleI have recently completed on a property purchase from Sara Main, this was handled by Donna Bell. The process had its difficulties and delays but none of this was Sara Mains fault. It was the lending and legal process. Infact, Donna has been absolutely brilliant in helping both the seller and myself get this deal over the line. She went above and beyond to help us. Her communication and drive was excellent. I would go as far as saying this deal may not have completed without her. I will happily use Sara Main again for further purchases and sales. Damian

GoogleAfter such a lacklustre experience with another agent, Sarah Mains restored my faith in customer service. From my initial meeting with Amy who valued my property she reassured me with her professionalism, knowledge and advice. Every step of the selling process was seamless! Max blew me away with his photography and drone skills. My property was instantly elevated to its maximum potential! Donna was excellent in keeping me up to date, advising of next steps and timescales. I have never been so at ease with what is usually a very stressful time.
