I have been property hunting for months and came across sears property on Zoopla. I have had Martin Hembra assist me in my property search and he honestly could not have made it any easier for me. Martin is always efficient and responds to emails very quickly on each viewing he also had all information to hand, I have found other estate agent firms not being able to give me lease years and charges on the spot but Martin has always been extremely organised for each viewing, moreover he knew of my requirements so ensured that he arranged viewings for properties in a row for me so that I was able to save time and not have to go back and forth. Extremely efficient and great service, highly recommended.

We were in the process of buying a property with Sears, but unfortunately due to the Covid-19 situation and the sellers not willing to agree an exchange date the purchase fell through. However, throughout the buying process Sears, and in particular Virginia, have been fantastic. There was always clear and frequent communication from Virginia while trying to come to a solution that would suit both parties. We always felt our concerns were listened to, and although the purchase didn't go ahead, we felt Virginia worked incredibly hard to resolve the issue. She even then actively helped us to find alternative properties, which was really appreciated. We are so grateful for the service Virginia provided. She was always friendly and helpful and took the time to help us feel less stressed about the situation we were in. We would highly recommend Sears and would like to thank Virginia for all her hard work.

Robert Franklin was my initial point of contact and once an offer was made on the property, I began communicating with Virginia Ayres. Both of these people are exceptional in that they provide an exceptional service. Robert was easy going, friendly, patient, helpful, extremely pleasant and addressed all of my queries regarding the contract, the fees, the property etc., patiently. He is a great estate agent. And Virginia is worth her weight in gold in that she handles the sale progression side of things admirably. You can 100% rely on her to keep her word - if she tells you that she will call you back, she does. She got back to me on every single query that I had, I never ever had to chase her for a follow up response, etc. She liaised with the buyer, with me (the seller), and with the solicitors to ensure that the sale was progressing right till the very end. We have had a very good experience with Sears. We dealt with Elizabeth (Libby) on the sale of our property and, Josh and Oliver on the purchase of our new property. Libby has been very approachable throughout the sale process of our property. She was able to schedule in a lot of viewings for our property and was always on time. She was quick to inform me of any delays if any. We were happy with the negotiations and the offer we received. Josh and Oliver have also been very approachable, professional and has really good negotiation skills.
