GoogleRecently used Sears Estate Agents in Bracknell to find a new tenant for my flat. Can’t praise them enough. A suitable tenant was found within 24 hours of it being advertised and all the financial checks on him and references were completed within 2-3 days. Contracts signed within 5 days!!! Super impressed with Andy and Leona whom I dealt with throughout. Needless to say I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI sold my flat with Sears recently. The sales team (Charles) were quick to come over for a valuation, they were friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The valuation was reasonable and our expectations were managed well. We did have to reduce the price, which was disappointing. The viewings seemed to go well and the leads were good as I got a few offers. I was a bit disappointed as I was called and asked the same questions a few times. For example, following a viewing I was asked what my ground rent was (this was provided multiple times verbally and in writing, and presumably on my file. I don't like the thought of the buyer asking and the estate agent saying 'I don't know' when they did have the information). Another small niggle - all comms was addressed to my boyfriend, who was a tenant in my flat. I felt it was a bit of subliminal sexism as I told the male estate agents multiple times it was my flat. They even issued the memorandum of sale in his name which had to be corrected for legal purposes. A bit more attention to detail necessary possibly! The sales progression team were excellent. Jonathan Breen kept me up to date regularly and was a really good advocate for me and my buyer in chasing solicitors for information often. The calls were friendly and informative. Thanks Sears.

GoogleWe've recently moved into Bracknell and Sears has been fantastic from the beginning. The journey started with Andrew Linfoot showing us around and out of about 15 properties and agents that we've seen in the course of a couple of months, he has been the most knowledgeable and calm agent, not pushy at all. Some people get nervous after they agree a contract, because that's where the 'fun' starts. I'm very happy to say that Amy Depledge has been literally the fastest person to answer any email we've sent and it was always with the best attitude you could ask for. Always wearing a smile and trying to help, she has been looking after us for about two months now and it has been simply great, going above and beyond. Couldn't be happier than this. Highly recommended if you're looking for an estate agency you can trust.

GoogleVery poor communication received from Sears Property, in particular John and Jonathan who we dealt with. We had our offer accepted at the end of January on a property to purchase. There were a few early unexpected complications from the seller which required time to resolve, which we were understanding with. But as time went, we were given no updates, completely kept in the dark for weeks. We had to call Sears on various occasions as they would never reply to emails. When they answered, we would be brushed off every time, so we decided to finally withdraw our offer mid-May as this purchase was not going anywhere. All the sudden, we quickly received a phone call and email with an update that the seller has solved all their issues and things were moving forward. Coincidence or lies I’m not sure, but I'm very disappointed in these agents’ communication skills and I hope the seller goes elsewhere!

GoogleDaniel R has been fantastic with us. Highly knowledgeable about Jennetts Park properties, extremely professional and exceptionally friendly and patient. We are first-time buyers and hands-down, Daniel R has been honest, helpful and reliable. We initially looked at a property a few months ago with him where he knew everything we asked. This time around, still extremely knowledgeable and answering what we asked with no hesitation unlike other estate agents. After one didn’t work out, he immediately got us a viewing in another property which he thought would suit us. He had extensive knowledge on the properties we viewed and was friendly throughout. He is patient with us and when we asked to view this recent property was more than willing to get us in and show us in a quick time frame. He’s not been pushy at all but making sure we knew all the options. Gave us realistic expectations and managed our experience by telling us everything then letting us view the property on our own then checking back in. He has been fantastic. The branch manager was also excellent, Thomas was at the branch allowing us to discuss our offer and making us aware of the situation that we are heading into. Overall, we are having a brilliant experience with Sears and Daniel R in particular. We are hoping to be able to buy our first house with them. GoogleMy wife and I listed our property with Sears Jennett's Park for their knowledge of the area. We were very impressed with their service. Unfortunately our buyers pulled out and we had to re-list. Hugo was new to the office the second time around and we cannot fault him. Since he came on board he has shown great passion and effort in selling our property. Hugo's communication was great and took on board all the information provided to him. He is a credit to Sears. A mention to Daniel also who was also involved and was able to get the deal over the line. Thanks to both for your help.

GoogleI just wanted to share how pleased we have been with the team at sears. We were slightly apprehensive with some of the facebook reviews about the previous team that worked there but are so glad we went with our gut and made the decision to sell with them. Really couldn’t fault the service we received! There was no requirement to negotiate on fees as they came in at a really fair price and also checked in with us much quicker than some other local agents. They recommended we listed for a price higher than other estate agents and in the end we have an offer over asking and sold within only a few days!

GoogleWe had an amazing service from Sears Team in Jennett's Park. Particularly both Daniel and Thomas handled our case to perfection. We needed to place our property in the market very quickly and get it sold asap. And Daniel was very efficient and super fast to organise this within a few days. We had a very smooth process from the start till end of the viewing with Daniel. Thomas handled all the after viewing process; talking to potential buyers and putting together the offers for us. At the end, the property got sold above the asking price - what else we want? Thank you both Daniel and Thomas for all clear, transparent communication and keeping us in the loop at all the time.

He gave us some tips and tricks and sent our offer straight away to the landlord after explaining everything and we are so happy we found our home.He gave us the greatest news and he was getting excited with us for it.This showed us he is really involved and does what his best to meet client's expectations and guide them throughout every step. Martin was very open, sociable and paying attention to all our questions in order to ensure he responds to every single one of them. He even discussed with the landlord straight away about some of our questions and came back with answers by the end of business day.
