I’ve had a great experience working with Jake Tippet from Sears! I wanted to say thank you for the way this situation with boiler replacement was handled! Completed today on Friday 27.03. 2026 First of all, I really appreciate your quick response, clear coordination and overall management of the process. From the initial issue through to the final resolution, everything was organised efficiently, and that made a real difference! Great example of Leading! Please also pass on my thanks to the landlords. I genuinely appreciate how quickly they approved the replacement of the boiler and agreed to proceed without delays. That decision helped resolve the situation much faster! I would also like to thank Bill from Thames Flame today. The installation was done professionally, efficiently, and very cleanly, and everything was properly set up and tested. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. My respect! Most importantly, the heating is now fully restored, and the house is warm again. Please accept my thanks both personally and on behalf of Microsoft. And I would appreciate if you could pass my separate thanks again to the landlords.

Initially, we had a single property booked for a viewing, but when we met Dan, he went above and beyond by identifying several additional properties that might suit our needs. He was incredibly proactive and accommodating, which made a huge difference to us. From the start, Dan guided us through the process in a friendly yet professional way, always taking the time to provide clear explanations and thoughtful advice. As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions, but Dan was always patient and thorough, answering everything with clarity and kindness. His expertise helped us feel confident and informed during what could have been a daunting experience. What really stood out was Dan’s communication. He adapted to our needs, primarily keeping in touch via email, which was ideal as we couldn’t access our phones during work hours. We also never felt any pressure from Dan, he was supportive, understanding, and genuinely wanted to help us find the right property.
