Would definitely recommend and seek their services again when the time comes! Especially Daniel and Charlotte were really supportive throughout the process, couldn’t have done it without them

GoogleThe team at Sears have been an absolute delight to work with in the process of selling our house and come HIGHLY recommended This was a really stressful process from our side due to previous experiences with other agents but with the help of Rob and Cameron we have now find our buyer and are very excited to move house. Everything about Sears stands out MILES above the competition (and we had also tried them all - no names mentioned) but the experience elsewhere was beyond awful. Rob (Manager) leads a great team, he is extremely knowledgeable in regards to property and extremely friendly and helpful to work with. The industry insight / trends, reassurance, open and honest advice and help in negotiation is something we will always be extremely grateful for. If you are on the fence about who to help sell your home then look no further… and this is coming from a professional couple who tried all of the other agents around the Bracknell area. We really could not recommend Sears any more if we tried. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou- It wouldn’t have been possible without you.

GoogleI let a flat in Bracknell and use Sears as my letting agent. I have to say they do provide a good service and I should mention that Jake Tippets, the Property Manager, is both professional and friendly in dealing with routine matters and also issues arising.

GoogleAs a tenant of over 8 years, I have been happy with the service from Sears. They respond quickly to any issues, liaising with the landlord and arranging the relevant tradesperson to attend promptly. Their annual inspections are arranged well in advance and the visits are not intrusive.

GoogleIm so please with sear property agent in Bracknell for getting me to my new home at the right time when I thought I’m going to be homeless , but Charlotte and Colin where very helpful, they both step in and makesure I move in on time, very friendly stuff and updating about the whole process of the house, even though I wasn’t getting more information from my solicitor but these two makesure i was fully informed about the whole situation. I’m so pleased and thankful to them Let me not forget Cameron who ensured there was a house available for me to buy as i missed the first but Cameron makesure he fine me something quickly even before they put it on a market. Nothing was too much trouble even though I asked so many questions. He was both friendly and professional in every interaction.

Our estate agent Jonathan Breen from the Jennett’s Park branch was absolutely wonderful from the moment he got in touch regarding our case. Super quick replies to all emails and queries we had throughout the process and we really felt he made it his personal mission to get the sale through for us, after some tricky delays with our solicitors. GoogleProperty management is a thankless task with a good property manager worth their weight in gold and Amy Depledge is a good property manager who I thank on a regular basis. Amy is attentive and works efficiently with any issues that I have on my properties from maintenance to detailed property inspections and always recommends the way forward which is money saving for me but also maintains the property. I would 100% recommend Amy, Amanda and all of Sears team to any landlord that wants a personal service.

From the first time we spoke, she was incredibly friendly and understanding of my situation. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I asked her to explain things multiple times. Yasmin was incredibly supportive throughout the process, sending me suitable options for my needs. She had a great knowledge of the local area and was able to give me valuable advice. She also took the time to explain all the paperwork and contracts to me in detail, so I was confident that I understood the terms and conditions. Overall Yasmin was a great support, and I would highly recommend her services. She was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. She made the whole process much easier, and I'm grateful to her for that.

We were never quite sure when\if we'd move and Rob kept in touch across the years (patiently) sharing market updates and ensuring that when we did find the right house to move to (we have very specific requirements) we had all the knowledge we needed to move quickly to market and sell our house. Despite our vendor wanting us to use their agent I had no hesitation in stipulating we'd use Rob and the team. The relationship and trust is critical. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Rob and Cameron and the team at Sears.
