GoogleDespite the issues we had with our buyers solicitor, Oliver and Virginia were constantly trying to resolve these for us. They have bene fantastic through this whole process and I cannot recommend them enough. When we do sell again we till not think twice but to use Sears again, They became my go to people on a daily basis. Very professional, friendly and always there for support.

GoogleExcellent service so far from Wiktoria and the team. Have moved the property we’ve had an offer accepted on as “under offer” even though our mortgage application hasn’t started, so taken away fear of gazumping. Really fast communication with the sellers.

GoogleThe viewings I attended with Daniel were to a very high standard. He was very knowledgeable regarding the properties and had most of the answers to my questions. To add to this the answers he didn't have, he went and got for me afterwards. You can't really ask much more of an estate agent. A++

GoogleWe are first time tenants in the UK and they are the only agency who didn't made things complicated in getting our first home in the UK. They were patient and they understood our situation regarding my wife's visa and referencing so a huge thank you to Ms. Leona Garland and Mr. Andrew Linfoot. They were holding the property for us and so, we are forever thankful for their service and support. Highly recommended to international skilled workers who are new here in the UK.
