GoogleReally bad post-sale experience. Zero responses to emails, which means having to constantly chase on the phone - such a pain when busy with work and other things to have to try to pin down your EA constantly when all you want is a return email. We’ve asked for months for a sense of the lead time for when our buyer might be able to complete, and never been given an answer. At every stage we’ve had to really push to get the smallest amount of information. Nothing is ever asked for proactively without us pushing it, even months into the process. By comparison, our vendor’s EA is absolutely incredible and so responsive - we do everything via her now because she’s the only one that brings clarity, communicates (and responds to emails!) and gets us updates. We really trust her and we simply don’t have that relationship with Sears, even after raising a complaint after month one about how things were going. Great at sales, but could not recommend at all due to the pain of the post sales experience. Feels like a total waste of money, especially when contrasting with our vendor’s EA.

GoogleSears have been excellent in help us find a tenant and secure them in addition to getting the market rental value. They have been my agent for a number of years and they have been excellent. Daniel and Hugo have both been super attentive, thorough and honest when providing feedback and guidance - hugely valuable. They are also both extremely personable and possess the right skills in relationship management. I would highly recommend using Sears and the team at Jennets Park. Thank you!

GoogleThomas, Daniel and Hugo from Jennetts Park branch did an outstanding job with letting our property by securing a dozen viewings, multiple offers above asking price, and checking in our new tenant within just 2 weeks! Genuinely friendly and honest, Thomas and Daniel provided considered and expert advice on both property valuations and lettings without ever giving us the hard sell. Their knowledge of the area and customer base together with the strategic advantage of having offices in both the Jennetts Park area and Bracknell town centre helped convinced us to put our faith in the Sears team. Sears also provided great customer service. Despite being innundated with enquiries, we have always found the Sears team to be responsive to issues and would get back to you to address your concerns if they couldn't do so immediately. We hope to continue using Sears for years to come and would recommend them in a heart beat.

GoogleRight up there with the very best - and a refreshing change from your run-of-the-mill agent. I appointed Sears to help sell my flat, having had some bad experiences with several other (big name and local) agents. I wish I'd used them sooner! Through thick and thin (an election, Brexit and Covid), Robert Franklin and Chris Feedam have been determined to find me a buyer and provided reassurance and advice throughout. The team have been fantastic - incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and (unlike many other agents) kept me fully updated on progress. GoogleWe placed our property on the market with sears within 3 days we had several offers, Martin worked hard to secure us the best offer with his knowledge of the local area this was achieved, Daniel undertook the viewings and was a pleasure to deal with from the start always kept us informed with a regular phone call to check we were not only ok for a viewing to go ahead but who they were and their status feed back was always very prompt , you never got the feeling that it was quantity over quality with the viewings like some agents Total professionals who I can’t recommend enough thank you guys !!

GoogleI'm a landlord and mostly engage with Amanda who manages the flat I let. I have being with Sears for 8 years now and find them efficient, professional and easy to engage with. They provide solutions to problems which is always useful especially if you don't live in the area of the property. I prefer them to manage the tenancy as it means the tenant gets a good service as they respond very quickly. During the 8 years, they have also managed to let the property with limited downtime which is great. The sales team are very pro-active, they work hard by making sure the tenant and property match.
