GoogleAs someone looking to move into Jennett's Park specifically, I couldn't have asked for a better team than Daniel Riches and Thomas at Jennetts Park Sears. They were very knowledgeable about the development, were quick to get in touch and proactive with their communications which led to a highly satisfactory experience and accepted offer in a matter of weeks. If you are trying to move into the area look no further for an estate agent!

GoogleI have mainly been dealing with Daniel at Sears and I can hand on heart say he has blown us away. We are currently trying to buy our first property and I truly mean it when I saw Daniel has gone above and beyond to help us buy out first property. He rings us with necessary updates throughout the day and keeps us informed. With some estate agents you can feel like your being harassed however we have never found that with Sears, they are friendly, informative, hard working and the only estate agents I genuinely don’t mind answering the phone to!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We've used Sears twice to sell properties in the last 5 years and on both occasions - they've sold in less than a week! Any questions we've had, they've been at the end of the phone and they've worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the whole process. I wouldn't use any other estate agent in Bracknell! As a landlord, purchasing a buy to let in the area, they went the extra mile to listen & discuss our lettings requirements, had a great knowledge of the area and an impressive understanding of the merits of different properties within the estate. With their local expertise, they were able to give a reliable and accurate picture of the local market. When our purchase fell through, they harnessed all manpower to attempt to find us another property at very short notice and during lockdown. An efficient, reliable and professional team.

GoogleMy wife and I sold, bought and used conveyancing through Sears. Professional from the start, all members of the team (particularly our main contacts of Robert & Virginia) always did what they said they would, when they said they would and without error or issue. This was particularly important following the agreement of sale and purchase, which is when the stress can really being. Use these agents and their offerings and don\'t fall foul of other option that make seem cheaper. The team were fair and honest throughout, unlike some of the other agents from other companies we experienced. A great choice, and glad we went with them.

GoogleAs an international landlord from Bracknell originally, Sears have been absolutely excellent for me. Their service provided in fully managing my property is second to none. They've answered any questions I've had and always been at the end of the phone when needed (Timezone permitting). Deserve this five star review as Amanda has just renewed the tenants lease for another year and I know not just my house but that the tenants are in good hands with Sears as their local contact. GoogleExcellent service and professionalism. Well Done Sears Bracknell !!! We contacted Oliver initially based on positive online reviews, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the whole process. We knew letting the property is not easy , based on the levels of competitiveness, Oliver gave us excellent guidance. Property appeared in Rightmove with in hours of contract signed and the propective tenants were lined up. Sam of Sears, kept me updated throughout. There will be an email confirming the Apointment, followed by a Text message. Next day, I get a call from Sam to give us the feedback. Never missed even one time. Fantastic !!! I found both Oliver ans Sam as very knowledgeable, responsive to all of our requests and questions. I must admit Sears exceeded my expectations in every level. After the tenanct found, I was introduced to Rebecca to complete the process and again she kept us updated We would strongly recommend Sears Bracknell.

GoogleI vetted 5 different local estate agents as it was really important to get the best price and service to match. The majority just agreed with what we wanted - however did not particularly say exactly the extent they would go to market our home. Sears stood out immediately, by explaining in detail what they would do and were flexible when it came to negotiate costs. I was most impressed by Oliver Hewitt- the sales manager who leads an extraordinary hard working team. He was true to his word and maximised the sale of our home in every way possible. The sales team were always punctual with their clients and gave feedback after each viewing. More importantly, they were very respectful of our home and our needs. We had a pet that was recovering from surgery and needed to be kept indoors. They managed this perfectly. Our pet has made a full recovery! Their fees are slightly more than other estate agents, however with a number of options to mitigate this. Overall worth every penny. Sears is clearly invested in the local community and finding the right fit for sellers and buyers alike. Yes, this is a business after all - one that I would recommend and return to in a flash.

GoogleI have used Sears Bracknell office for over three years to find then check the suitability of prospective tenants for my investment property. The services I use are collection of the first month’s rent, the security deposit and the check Out Fee together with the production of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. The person I buy from who understands my need and has gained my trust is David Ramon. I highly recommend this man and the team he leads within Sears property rental business.

GoogleI have recently completed on a house sale with Sears for the second time. Rob came out to the house for the initial meeting, he's very knowledgeable and professional and give you confidence in the work they do. Once our house was on the market, the team were in regular contact arranging viewings and providing feedback, I could always reach them if needed. We had an issue during the later stages which was rectified satisfactorily which is often the mark of a good company. The stand out service was post sale from Virginia. We had a small chain but a tight deadline, her support and guidance through that time was invaluable and I'm very grateful for all of her help. One day, should we move again, Sears would be my first port of call.

GoogleI called Sears Estate Agent for a house that has HMO potential in Bracknell area. I clearly informed the agent that my budget is £300k to £310K. The house was sold previously but buyer couldn't obtain HMO as the house need 2 bathrooms and size of rooms are too small to comply to the HMO so I leaned later on. Sears not just wasted my time ( forgot my appointment to view) , but mislead to believe that the house is HMO while clearly is not when i start investigation through the council , mislead me to also believe the vendor would accept my budget etc I think Sears are very dishonest, uses potential buyer to secure deals for others!. set people up. I think they want just anyone to get through the door so they show vendors that they are actively searching for buyers, they believe its quantities rather than quality and comparability etc, they Never listen to your needs and requirements. Their valuation of properties are 10-15% more than market value. I would stay away from Sears estate agents. Thanks
