The lettings negotiator ( Yasmin Tse) was very professional and knowledgeable about the property and process. She helped me find the perfect rental property that met all of my requirements and budget. She (Yasmin Tse) is very responsive.

Responsive, professional, interpersonal excellence. I would personally use Sears and call Amanda if ever we needed property, what a refreshing business and what an amazing asset to that business. GoogleMy friends came round this evening worried about their house sale which exchanged today at 2pm however the seller wouldn't move out. Just want to shout out to josh who stayed to 9pm and assisted the seller with their move to get my friends in! Without josh, it wouldn't of happened and he has turned what would have been a horrific day, into a winner! Thank you josh!!!!

GoogleIf I could rate 10 stars for Sears Jennett's park I would, the service from beginning to end was first class. The manager, Hayden, and his team worked really hard with consummate professionalism. We had a really warm friendly relationship with the team and we would choose them every time, in the future.

GoogleWould not recommend Sears on Jennetts Park. Signed contract in August, buyer agreed in September but by Mid Feb (6 months) still no exchange. Not fully aware of the selling process. Doesn’t always return phone calls. Doesn’t ask the right questions of the chain. Relisted with a new agent agent.
