They are such genuine, warm, efficient, knowledgeable and honest people and it made the whole process - which by rights should be stressful and a bit of a nightmare - into a relaxed, stress-free and quick experience. It is not easy to let a one-bed flat with no outdoor space during a pandemic and a lockdown - but Don managed it, and with humour, integrity and efficacy, always responsive and professional. GoogleWe couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided. The team had lined up around 15 viewings within the first couple of days of listing, by proactively reaching out to their many contacts rather than just waiting for interest. They secured two offers within in week, and we accepted above asking price. Graham could not have been more responsive and proactive throughout the process and went over and above what I would expect of a sales agent. He remained highly motivated after the offer was agreed, working with us and the buyer very closely to ensure a smooth and swift transition to exchange…which remarkably happened within 4 weeks of offer being accepted. He solved any queries really quickly and made us feel like his only client. It is clear that James and Graham’s combined years of experience earn them great credibility and trust from sellers and buyers alike, and they work as an excellent team. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a stress free sale!

As the transaction was under a power of attorney and at distance given we are in Lancashire together with the purchasers solicitor seemingly hard work he certainly earned his commission. GoogleI recommend this estate agent for three reasons, first it is a small business, run and owned by two very experienced and local persons. Second because they offer outstanding and personal service. Third because they find properties that nobody else has. I find this more suitable than the large and impersonal chain agents which employ temporary staff and all sell the same stuff.
