From the moment I met James I knew I had chosen the right estate agents to manage the letting of my property. He could not have been more genuine and honest which was so reassuring. His team of Don and Ileana have been fabulous to deal with and Don has always responded graciously, promptly and helpfully. From marketing to managing the property they have gone above and beyond and I have complete trust in them as a team. They provided updates along the way and explained everything clearly which for a first-time letter was so important to me. It has been a seamless and smooth process and as I live abroad the management of the property is fundamental but I couldn’t think of a better, more trustworthy, understanding, and kind team to be running it for me. As the years have gone by I still rely on Neilson and Bauer to manage my flat in my absence and for just over the last year it has been overseen by Krissy Giorgiou. She has been exemplary in her regular updates and above all in her efficiency at dealing with issues that arise. Her diligence and attention to detail means everything runs smoothly. I wrote the review below some 3 yrs ago and I would now like to update it as follows: I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a different Lettings Agent as that property unfortunately falls outside of Neilson & Bauer’s territory. This has only reinforced my belief that Neilson & Bauer, led by their down to earth, tell it as it is, legendary, Don Lacovara are THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. I have had to repeatedly turn to Don’s good nature and ask him about the various different and somewhat frustrating approaches and ways of doing business this other agent has and Don has obliged by calmly guiding me through this turmoil. I think it is about time that Neilson & Bauer expand their regional reach. Written 3 yrs agp: I am always taken aback at how professional, efficient and effective Neilson Bauer are in getting the job done. Don in charge of lettings is my go to person when I need a flat let.

I contacted Neilson & Bauer initially as I was very nervous about using a "Chain" Estate Agent. I was looking for a independent outfit that I hoped would be able to bring local knowledge, expertise and that personal touch so often lacking... From my very first conversation with Graham I was put completely at ease and knew I was in safe, professional... and above all caring hands. Communications were excellent from the outset and N&B generated a great deal of interest in my property. I only ever spoke to 2 people about my sale... Graham and Annabel... both kept themselves... and me... totally up to speed with the progress of the transaction. Annabel in particular was excellent at driving the process forward... sometimes against what seemed like impossible odds.. they cared... it mattered to them... and their hard work, dedication and professionalism... with a human touch ... shone through. Graham was fantastic from the start, understanding our unique property and setting in motion a marketing strategy that showcased our home wonderfully. Matian was able to find the perfect buyer relatively quickly and offered great advice during the entire process. We were overseas during most of the sale, but felt that the team at Neilson & Bauer kept us up to date on all developments, and ultimately delivered what felt like a very straight forward sale.
