Neilson & Bauer, you need to hold on to Don. He was accommodating from the start, managed to get me a viewing late and at short notice - the whole experience felt like I was planning a trip away with a friend (where I didn’t have to do the planning! Way less stress, not much effort on my part, and I knew I had something to look forward to). Super helpful (he kindly offered to help me paint a wall if I had to move the wardrobe), very communicative, gave me timely updates on the status of my requests for certain items to be fixed, he has my back and is a just fantastic person to deal with 🙌🏼 He really deserves at the very least, an expensive bottle of wine - something like a 1989 Pavillon Rouge du Chateau Margaux 😉 Keep him happy, he’s great for your business!

The service has been excellent from start to finish - we felt they really took the time to consider the pricing, they organised multiple viewings in groups so that we didn't need to keep vacating and we accepted an offer we were happy with within a couple of weeks of putting the flat on the market. Having had a very disappointing experience with the first agents we enlisted, I was instantly relieved as soon as I started working with Neilson and Bauer. Graham fought tirelessly to get a good price for our flat and was always on our side. We had a long period until completion and he was never less than extremely courteous and supportive to us during some very trying times. Having him as our agent really made the whole process immeasurably easier and I cannot recommend working with him and Neilson & Bauer generally more highly. Selling your home is an emotional and often stressful process and he did everything he could to make that easier for us. When we come to sell down the road they will be the first people we pick up the phone to call. I'm so grateful we had them as our agents and I know the level of care and diligence they bring to working with people will mean they are around for a long time.
